- A pursuit that began in Anaheim and topped speeds of 100 mph as the suspect tried to elude authorities in three counties came to a bizarre end on Monday when the driver abandoned the vehicle and ran off, while the driver of a second vehicle sped away and was ultimately detained in Colton. www.foxla.com/news/local-news/...

Caltrans dude was in an Impala, completely unrelated. The driver carjacked a black Saturn at the industrial warehouse and had ONE of his TWO female passengers jump in with him. The third obviously got nervous and refused to join. The Saturn got away. The cops FAILED. Fox11 FAILED. The end.

Not true. The female was taken into custody and the male was found in the building and arrested. You won't see it here, but it has been reported on other channels.

Female as you saw was on the ground, the male was taken into custody after they located him in the building. Look at other channels for the rest. Real World Police might have the follow-up to this. I can't remember where I read it, but the male was definite caught.

I puchased a car once that had a stolen linsence plate on the back of the car. It's not a big deal. I showed the cop that pulled me over the title that was signed by the seller. Took said linsence plate& then went after the person that sold the car to me.

My truck was stolen from my house in San Bernardino and found in riverside! The guy was running from a cop and came to a dead end street and was going about 70 down the street and hit a car that was parked in a driveway! They cop said the truck was airborne when he hit the car😦 my truck is a big oversized GMC so the car he hit is probably so messed up!

I watch a lot of these chases and in Arkansas hey pit even at high speeds 80's & 90's they don't care if they crash them hard or not.
Cause Arkansas usually has a chase with a armored robbery suspect or someone who did some real fucked up shit. But yea they don’t like to loose there man there bahahaha I agree
The difference is in Arkansas the traffic is a LOT less congested, and you're much less likely to send them flying into an innocent person's car, killing them and the suspect potentially.

Saves a lot of heartache if people get an auto electrician to fit a cut out switch or two concealed or disguised to stop the car being started with the key or cloned key.

This is late but you are wrong. The owner of the vehicle had reported the vehicle stolen, making it a “reportedly stolen vehicle” - not suspected.

If the reporter in the airship would shut his mouth for one second and listen it was stolen plates that did not match the car that initiated the plates so there they did NOT know the identity of the person they were chasing.
