thanks!! i’m glad i could help :)) i only track food that has a significant amount of carbs in it, so i don’t know what my macros really look like, but i’d guess around 45C, 30F, 25P
that’s approximately how much of my calories come from each macro - 45% from carbs, 30% for fat, and 25% for protein. i don’t know about the exact amount calorie-wise. sorry, i should’ve been more clear about that!

i haven’t made it in a while, but i believe i put 1.5 the amount of almond milk than chia seeds i’ve found that almond milk makes it much thicker than water

no worries! i try to take calcium, vitamin D, and B12 every day, but i do forget sometimes 🤷🏻♀️🤷🏻♀️
