We do not require folks to follow any sort of hormone regimen before surgery. Some individuals find that hormones are a necessary part of their journey, and many others do not. It is important to note that surgically affirming care (surgery) and medically affirming care (hormones) can be decided upon -- and pursued -- separately. If interested in HRT, we suggest finding a WPATH certified endocrinologist to help answer any questions that you might have!
