2015 was very cool it had some really cool effects in the magic mirror scene in the ride attraction when queen is in the mirror and when she turns around looks and surprises the guests and says to them WITH THIS DISGUISE I'LL FOOL THEM ALL!!!!!
I think I knew that I was gonna be disappointed… But I didn’t expect to laugh out loud! Riding it honestly made me cackle it was so ridiculously happy LOL I missed the scary parts. The Florida attraction was able to weave the scary and the happy perfectly. I think that Disneyland missed the mark.

Most likely because they were handling the false queen/witch figure for somethint, and swapped them out so the scene wasn't (too) odd. It'd be weird if she was in the mirror still, with no witch on the outside of it.

The queen/witch figure was broken or have technique issue on it. So they put out the queen to replace the witch
