Last year I watched a video about electroculture, dug out a small roll of copper craft wire & played with making coils around dowel sticks to put in my houseplants. In just days I could see a difference!! For nearly 8 months prior to this I'd been going every week to a wound care doctor for a surgical wound that had not healed. Nothing was working to help it bond & heal. After a week of 'playing' at making a copper coil or 2 daily to put into different plants, I went to my appointment & the doctor was ecstatic because of a significant amount of healing. On the way home I tried to think what could have made the difference. Handling the copper was the only thing, so I made an anklet out of several pieces of the same copper wire, coiling 1 piece around another so there was a coil involved as I had read that the coil was an important step. Every week there was a significant improvement in healing! In the next 3 months the wound was completely healed over. I'm a believer in the effectiveness of using these copper coils!! I have many in my garden as well as the one I wear on my ankle just to keep reminding me that God has given us MANY means of caring for & providing for ourselves! Thank you Doug & Stacy!! God bless!
Copper is amazing. I've heard that even putting a copper penny over a wound or infection can heal it. Haven't tried it yet.
Copper is supposed to be great for arthritis so I got 2 bracelets!
I didn’t know it was directional! I didn’t notice a difference when I tried it. But I’m going to check the directionality.
You said about a coil in it. Did you get that from wrapping the 2 wires together or did you add something else to the wires? 😊
Get a copper cup and drink your water out of it 💗
I’ve Been doing the electroculture for 2 years. And it does make a big difference and we have to grow every thing in pots. Since our property can flood. Then we lose everything. God Bless You Both. Thanks for All the good information 🙏
We enjoy listening and learning with those who practice what they preach . Thank you very much.
Okay .. I didn't wait long enough..looks like quartz .. my previous location was loaded with quartz naturally, my gardens were astonishingly super.. hearing you now understand. You two Rock.
Your sunflower is beautiful! Gardening is trial n error..learning experience! Watch those clouds behind you!
Chicken math!!
At 49, wife and I relocated alone, from FL to SW VA Feb 23 to bare 5acres in mountains. Planned to get a few chickens and a little garden. Started with 30, after incubating 2 batches, 70 now. Butchered my first goat last week, been milking one for 3 weeks now. Pigs will get processes this oct/nov. Life is better now! Leave 'Caesars' world as fast as u can!
Early in this journey for us but we're trying to run with this now. I from 335 to 250ish in 8 months eating g like a horse. Make your own bread folks!! Eat fresh eggs, drink Gods water. We refuse to eat out, period!
Out experience u ask..I was raised in the country and worked o n farms as a kid. I was an electrician and my wife was a grocery manager. When we figure out the difference between NEEDS vs WANTS, it gets real easy and cheap!
We need God, food, water, shelter...we want brick homes, toys, .microwaves, netflix, fast food, store bought bread!
Enjoy them bass boats and beach houses! Hard to find folks like us. Thank you for the info!
Smile, God loves you🙂

Thanks for sharing this. I moved to the Shenandoah Valley also in Virginia 10 years ago and love the homesteading lifestyle as well. I don't have as many animals as you, just nine egg layers, but love my large veggie garden. Caring for a disabled son alone so I can only do so much.
What type of crystal did you put at top?
Any particular type of crystal? Do you sell them?
I USE A COPPER PITCHER, FILL IT & LET SET FOR @ LEAST 2 HRS BEFORE USING TO DRINK & FILL ICE NAKER AS IT CLEANS THE WATER. I HAD CATS (STRAYS/WILD BORN) WOULDN'T DRINK WATER FROM FAUCET & SUCH, BUT INSISTED ON WATER FROM PITCHER!
My cats don't like tap water either. They like to drink rain water.
@@storkdeliverysstorkdeliver2846 GOTTA PAY MORE ATTENTION TO ANIMALS & SMALL CHILDREN WHO ARE MORE INTUNE TO THE GOOD & BAD IN PEOPLE & NATURE!
This TOTALLY works! I've been experimenting with this for 2 years. This is my 3rd year. I thought about adding crystals this year and using the grounding rods. I find the soil holds water better, as well. God has made things to work in wonderous ways! I use wood chopsticks to wrap the wire around for house plants.
Got to see this live. I normally have to watch after, or binge watch past episodes. I have a CRAP-TON of copper wire for scrap. I always strip it first for top dollar, so I'm gonna make a bunch of these for the new garden I'm building out. I ordered the 100 hour BeesWax candle , and Stitches from you guys, and you waste no time on shipping, and I got my reply from Doug on the next batch of Sun Ovens arrival date, and asked my wife order that as well, and she's also gotten fast emails on shipping. We're both looking forward to these things arriving, and MUCH, MUCH more in the future! Thanks for everything you do, Doug & Stacy! Stay vigilant. We love ya!
My husband does the same thing. I am going to use the best grade for the rod and I want to make a bracelet too, to see if it will help with my arthritis. Maybe it can heal melanoma before it would start.
I am really excited about the copper cups and will be getting my husband and I each one for our 39th anniversary!
awesome!!
I saw a huge difference in my potato harvest this year by planting Tansey next to the potatoes. Every potato plant that had tansy right next to it produced large tubers and more pounds compared to the ones that didn’t have tansy planted next to them. The weight was 3x the other potatoes.
This is the 2nd time in a week that I've heard aboutTansey, never knew about ii before !
I re-piped my house. Was originaly galv steel. They rotted in no time, land was once a citrus grove. Then they changed to some copper but a lot of plastic. Ran through the yard. Under the driveway. Yeah. I did it with copper and lead free solder and ran it through the attic.
I have a lot of extra copper tubing from doing my own water and gas plumbing. Copper wire too. I'd imagine lengths of pure copper tube would have just as effective results. I'll try it.
Putting a silver coin in water also help purify the water
Potatoes can be started indoors from just the eyes from a potato several times. Then transplant into the garden. Works great.
I tried a piece of copper pipe with one of those fancy tops you make from copper wire every plant within a eight foot diamater is two and a half times larger than everything else.
Stacey you are amazing, very informative, loving and can’t wait to learn more from you!
Glad to hear you’re taking oxalates seriously. As a gardener I was sort of upset after learning about oxalates and having to rethink everything I was eating and growing so I decided to focus on what I CAN eat instead of what I shouldn’t eat. Bought a book about electro gardening but haven’t tried it yet so thanks for the inspiration! I’m gonna get right on it! great video!
Oh! Another interesting Fact? Smooth Bark trees, like Birch? THEY gather electric from eather themselves! You tap the tree for the energy! So using a smooth bark Stick should help also!

Lemon juice in its natural state is acidic with a pH of about 2, but once metabolized it actually becomes alkaline with a pH well above 7. So, outside the body, anyone can see that lemon juice is very acidic. However, once fully digested, it's effect is proven to be alkalizing with many health benefits.
I’m excited to hear about your use of copper wire. I’m also thankful that we still have some of the original copper piping as water lines for our home. I always learn things when I watch your lives…..thank you so much!
Our house is old enough, we have copper pipes.
So did we for the last 30+ years we lived in this house. Now.. the city says all copper piping needs to be replaced.. WTH!!
That can take my copper over my dead body

I use to watch your vids when it was only you. Please make more of those.
Im really happy for you guys being able to live off the grid ❤
Great info.. thank you!!
Doug, please let Stacy finish her thoughts when she’s talking… you interrupt too often which makes it hard to listen!
😢
Agreed! It is honestly such a turn off, that I don't watch many videos because of how he interrupts and how he sometimes speaks to her.
I do love both of their information, though!
Thank you for saying this … rough to watch
Leave Doug alone. Everything he says is helpful. If he didn't interrupt her, he would probably forget about what he was going to say at that moment and you wouldn't know what he was telling you because he would probably forget and get distracted and you would lose out on important information. He means well.
I think that’s a pretty mean/rude comment. They have their own ways and dynamics. It works and critiquing others dynamics isn’t really nice or constructive
Rewatching this because we were in the hurricane and no power. Pray for Missouri City Texas. They are busting butt getting the power back on, still no power since 5:50am Monday. As prepared as we are there is still so much to learn for next time. I have taken all your warnings to heart. Thank you

Last year I went electroculture crazy in my container garden and plants outside, as well as all my indoor plants. I will testify to the amazing difference using it. Bumper crops and inside plants all went crazy as well. I'm at a point where I'm having difficulties finding homes for all the starts and babies.
As for the copper and drinking water, I recently added a 3.5 gallon water container with spout, tea kettle, and mug to my preps. Noticeable differences!
BTW, I used dowel rods and Michael's jewelry copper wire

I used electroculture this season and my acorn squash is taking over the garden! The book ELECTROCULTURE: Irish Round Towers and Paramagnetic Basalt by Loic Etcheberry is a great resource about it.
So, I remember a conversation with a history professor associated with a homeschool coop mu children attended some years back. And he was speaking of a " lost tecnology" that the Egyptians used in order to produce light. Imagine how dark the pyraminds were. It involved jars of oil and copper wire. There may be other things needed but I specifically remember those two things.
Thank you, Doug and Stacy for sharing about the copper mugs. I never knew that they were good for you. That’s awesome. Hope I win one. God bless you guys. Thanks for caring about us and teaching us how to live better not depend on you know who

Doug and Stacey God bless you you are loved. FYI I use electric culture year-round. Stick it in the ground and never take it out. I live in beautiful sunny Palm Beach, Florida. You’ll find the first year you’ll get 30% more the second year you’ll get 60% more the third year you’ll get 90% more. This is why in World War II they had the victory Gardens after the war was over. They told all the farmers to stop using electric culture due to too much food growth, they said it would hurt the economy if everybody was growing the same food they wouldn’t be able to sell it. This is why they burn most of the books about culture use copper but you can also use brass. I have a couple of brass beds that way at least 200 pounds, and they do the same thing and they look pretty cool in the garden. The person with your candles are not bright enough in Florida during hurricanes if we’re burning candles will put a white plate behind it in an illuminates and makes the room much brighter thank you for doing what you guys do. God bless y’all.

The last time I ate some fresh kale, it made me feel GREAT! And I want to plant MORE of it, when I find my seeds again.
Yeah, kale treats me well too. I don't eat tons of it, but I will continue to grow it. It's something that I can grow well, also.
Been doing electraculture for a few years. Some think I’m crazy. That’s okay.
That's awesome to know about the copper wire. I love taking stuff apart and copper even little stuff I wrap onto sticks to save, I never knew what I'd use it for I just love repurposing stuff.
I make my own electro-culture antennas out of 12 gauge electrical wire and each one will cover about a 3 sq ft area (mine are about 1 ft long) and they need to be placed on the north side of plants.I purchased one from Hills Mill Homestead, then reversed engineered the design, using a dowel rod to form the coils ( at least 7, wrapped in a clockwise direction).
Thank you Doug and Stacy fantastic video I so love the copper. I so appreciate all that you bring for us, you along with God so fill my soul. Sending much love to you and your family.
3 seasons. Yahoo. I’m in FL. You can grow anything cultivated, anytime with the right equipment (materials). So I have 4 distinct growing seasons with many overlapping plants or ‘crops’. So I do get many tries to learn many lessons. As far as what works!!!
Don't the rods make the worm's come out of the ground? I remember using the stick's with the copper wire to send electric into the ground to collect earth worms for fishing. Its been about 40 years ago, but i remember doing it. On second thought, i believe the rods were metal and the copper wire ran between them. Im also remembering putting electrical tape at the top of the rods to avoid electric burns, but I don't remember what caused the electrical current between them. Does anybody else remember this method of getting worms for fishing?
No, but I find it interesting what you just shared, thank you!!!
Both instances grew much more fruits than the plants without.

Hi Guys! I've been getting a divorce so I haven't had so much viewing time lately. I've had to do divorce things, find new housing, try and get some help with things, and move from place to place because I'm homeless right now. I had to find a place to stow my truck. One place I stayed at wanted me to sell my truck to a farmer friend of theirs to his son. I haven't even moved out of my farm yet. They told me I don't have a farm so I don't need it. I left. I never went back. I'm so glad you found the electro culture! Thanks for the tip about doing it. I'm going to grow food wherever I end up but not this year! Cool, reuse them over and over. Good advice to not let it touch any steel in your raised beds. Cool, use inside in pots too! Thanks for that. Cool, that copper cup sounds like it's a cure for a ton of things. Water is good to drink out of it and not hot drinks. Thanks for all the info! I like copper as a color too so that makes it more enjoyable too! Nice, you can drink the sole out of the copper mugs. Barefoot microgreens! Good idea to grow those in small places. I've been growing potatoes in those grow bags. Too much plastic? Wind clockwise from the bottom to the top! Drink your water in 20 to 30 minutes. No boiling hot water and then make your tea. Yum, sun oven cooked potatoes. Sweet corn in the sun oven! Cook it in the husk! I haven't been unsubcribed yet even though I'm behind in your videos. You guys are great! I needed my Doug and Stacy "fix." You have helped me so much! Thank you! Nice harvest guys! I grow lettuce inside too so it stays tender and doesn't bolt in the air conditioning! Wow, radius is about 15 feet in your raised beds. Cure your potatoes and onions before you store them! Double your bounty with the copper wound sticks. I wouldn't live under those high voltage wires either! Minnesota is flooded out! Rats can't burp so add baking soda to flour of some type for them to eat and they'll die. Hole in your new straw hat Doug? Grounding rod of copper works too! I'm so glad you tried it and it worked! I wouldn't mind a "Look Back" night of Doug and Stacy! Nice logo Doug! I didn't see that on the other mugs! I'd be okay with candle light! I wouldn't expect bright light! Nice turkeys! It is fun to have birds wandering your land! We have one guinea and about 25 laying chickens. Pretty fun to watch. I'll miss it! No more farm for me. So place the copper wound stick at least 6 inches down in the raised box. Yum, that cabbage dish you made sounds delicious Stacy! Cool, sweet potato vine growing up the copper stick! Nice! Thanks guys!

The phenomenon of potatoes clustering around a grounding rod and copper wire could be attributed to several factors:
1. **Electrochemical Effects**: Copper is a known micronutrient for plants, and it can enhance certain physiological processes. The presence of a copper wire could lead to the leaching of copper ions into the soil, which might attract the potatoes.
2. **Moisture Retention**: The grounding rod and copper wire might be affecting the soil moisture levels around them. Metal can conduct heat, potentially keeping the soil slightly warmer or cooler and thereby retaining more moisture, which can attract the potatoes to grow near it.
3. **Nutrient Distribution**: The metal components could be impacting the distribution of nutrients in the soil. If the copper wire or grounding rod is influencing the microbial activity or chemical composition of the soil, it could create a more favorable environment for the potatoes in that specific area.
4. **Physical Barrier**: The grounding rod and wire might act as a physical barrier, causing the potatoes to cluster around it due to limited space or altered root growth patterns.
Each of these factors, or a combination of them, could explain why the potatoes are huddling around the grounding rod and copper wire.
How to install an electroculture antenna
Proper antenna placement is critical for stimulating plant growth across your entire garden. Follow these guidelines:
Install in the center of your growing area, facing North to South.
Position 2-4 feet above your plants; the taller, the better.
Connect securely to a 5/8" x 8' copper grounding rod driven fully into the soil.
Keep all connecting wires away from plants to prevent burning.
Check connections weekly to ensure optimal electrical contact.
A centrally located, properly grounded antenna can effectively cover about 2,000 sq ft. For larger areas, use multiple antennas 10-20 feet apart. Setting up your electroculture antenna correctly will ensure your plants receive the full growth-enhancing benefits.
No
@@tnunn3023 No? Explain why, because just no, doesn't explain your reasoning.
Hat do you mean north to south?
@dianemckenzie9669 North and South involves the pyramid shape. When it is coiled on a pole. It doesn't matter. Just that it is taller than you plants and in the center of your garden. I put mine in the center of each of my beds. Though a large pole should cover 2000 sq ft.
Thank you! I'm not understanding connecting wires exactly. Do you need wires if you have a copper rod?

I flooded you guys for more than two years now, I agree with your thinking but lately I have the feeling that because your your honesty you are treated and I feel a fear! Stay cool you are a light for American people and you are protected, do not make any another deal! ❤️

What's up with kale?
I ate it one time, well I say I ate it, I put it in my mouth and then took it out. I thought it was horrible, maybe something I'm not supposed to eat.
I didn't get what everybody was talking about, how great it was, I thought it was awful.
Is it?
God bless y'all
