    Cold, melancholic, ethereal. What a dark fantasy masterpiece.

    Уже скільки я переслухав різних мелодій і пісень але жодна не викликає в мене такі складні і прекрасні відчуття як ця.

    You know it's an excellent piece of music (and game) when you first played it only last year, but you already feel as nostalgic about as if it were a childhood favourite. There's something about this song that just takes me back... to what exactly, I'm not quite sure, but it feels just as good as those memories of some of my favohrie games from my youth and childhood.
    *sad sigh* They don't make 'em like they used to. Not anymore.

      4 years late, but I know how you feel, I played the Witcher 1 about a year ago, and have a nostalgia for it already as if it was a part of my childhood, highly recommend it btw, if you like deep soulful RPGs, it has probably the most beautiful music I have ever heard in my life, all the best ✌️

    It's so sad Kirill died.
    His music was...is awesome
    I'm hoping they can create another fantastic setting like in this first game. I mean it was so dark and somehow creepy, but also fascinating.
    I know how i was playing this game the first time, 'bout 10 years ago and thought "What a BS!" at the beginning. But there were so many quests and interesting parts in the game I'd never stopped playing it for more than one year. Just look at the Cursed Church and Verdistis.

      I know it's been 3 years but the thing about Kirill is the uniquness of his music. It just istn't your generic fantasy music that people love so much in elder scrolls.

    This is just AWESOME! Nothing can compare to this game's awesome soundtrack!
    Excuse my exaggeration, but perhaps many other isometric RPGs do measure quite as much. Divine Divinity is just special in its own way, though.

    Музыку в те годы писали шикарную,чтобы давала представление фантазии,всю картинку что нужна была голове для погружения в другой мир - волшебный мир.
    Её никогда не заменит графика.Она лишь превращает игру в фильм вместо книги,а это...не то,что ищет душа.

    • @Cmpunmu3
      @Cmpunmu3 4 ปีที่แล้ว

      ну не скажи, есть и игры не уступающие этой, даже при лучшей графике и похожие на фильмы, отличный пример этому: "Dragon age", "Mass effect", "Dead space". Остаётся только захотеть понять сюжет - и тебя нет

      Spiritual relaxation is the narrative you're looking for mate, there are certain melodies that literally hit the soul and that's what happened to you throughout this masterpiece. Kirill Pokrovsky's typical work (Rip)

    Can someone confirm that this was used in the original release of Divinity: Original Sin, but removed in the Enhanced Edition? I believe it was in the area where you fight those fungus things while looking for the witch, and I remember the waves of nostalgia when I heard it. But while plying the enhanced edition it was nowhere to be found, and I don'rt currently have the original version to recheck (though I guess I could find some gameplay video). One of two songs I remember being there in the original that were removed in the EE.
