i will listen to these until I die. i can't believe how time passed RIP Kirill ,thank you for brightening my childhood and depression with this wonderful music and game
Kirill Pokrovsky was without a doubt a musical virtuoso, R.I.P. I've only recently started playing (and listening) to this fantastic and magical game. I eagerly look forward to continuing my journey in Rivellon, making my way through the entire Divinity series.
Gosh there are so many good tracks in this game but was so absorbed I couldn't appreciate them well ;_; Combat didn't have sick animations, shading or other cool effects but its the most memorable game I got a hold of, hands down
9snaker He is saying he was too busy playing the game to really pay attention to the (music) tracks. Learn proper English before criticizing someone else and their ability to speak it.
Bzzrt. And now you just had the sound effect of the lighting strike in your head. That annoying sound the lich does when he zaps you dead in one hit... yeah...
the game was actually unplayable in the regard of killing bosses, you couldnt kill them without the trap exploit (Idk how to call it anymore it was too long ago) but yeah it was an awesome game nonetheless
People like me like to own the original stuff and as much content of it as possible, that's all. This is what makes the difference between professional and amateur people. Since you fall into the second category you will never understand me.
When the game was re-released on Steam i bought it immediately. Even though i was only 4 when it came out, this game easily beats a lot of modern games *cough* *cough* two worlds *cough*
If i'm not mistaken, this music played in Glenborus and in the dwarven forest aswell as the area around Dwarven Bread Inn. So i guess the disliker an elf since they don't exactly see eye to eye with the dwarves(letterally) P.S. Thanks for the line Lea of Fiu Nimble. You remain one of the most unappriciated characters in the game but i still have a crush on you :P
weird phenomena about this wicked game *sth. about time-line and conspiracy theories.. people in real life who addcits to Divine Dvinity has the same character (illustration) in the game ..same face..(mostly NPC..) this gave me a Matrix-goose-bumps
Wow. Way to assume things. I'm a child of the 80s, and I just told you I collect SNES games. I'm a huge retro-gamer, and I don't even own a modern console. I LOVE owning the real thing, but I'm not a big enough idiot to pretend that it's the only way to game. If you want to disregard digital distribution, you're in for a hell of a wake-up call in the next decade, because that's the direction we're headed. Good grief. Hipsters have made it to gaming. My worst nightmare.
It's not a competition to see who can play the oldest and most primitive system. I simply never stopped playing my SNES because I love the games on it. "Casual kids gaming", really? That's a pretty narrow attitude. The SNES has one of the most diverse and acclaimed libraries of all time. And no, I haven't played Dungeon Master because that kind of game doesn't interest me. I simply play the games I like, old, new, "kiddie", or otherwise. And "retro" means outdated...which SNES certainly is...
The thing i loved about this game is that you could just kill the people you didn't like. Personally, if I had to choose between Diablo 2 without multiplayer and DD, i'd choose DD. It's a real shame DD2 wasn't as good as this one, but DD3 seems quite nice already.
Really. I was not aware that every game made for the SNES was "simple" and "easy". That honestly is a astounding accomplishment....do you even hear yourself? Games do not need to be retain the arcade sense of "difficulty" or require a keyboard to be deep and challenging, or engaging for audiences of all ages. If you would like to stick to your Amiga and play nothing else, knock yourself out, but I'm not going to listen to your drivel about "kid's games". Try expanding your horizons.
Yeah, that analogy doesn't work, sorry. It's not like you're playing with the actual cartridge or disc, you load the data from it. There's no difference from playing a digital copy, except for the emotional response you get. Which I'm all for, I'm a huge SNES collector myself, but that's certainly not the only way to do things. Besides, Steam has plenty of benefits that physical copies can't match. Just don't be so condescending. Our community has more than enough of that already.
And also, you may want to research hipsters, and what they're really all about, because you keep throwing that around without making sense. What, exactly, is hipster about enjoying a certain game console....or using the word "wow"?
i will listen to these until I die.

good idea, man. Divinity series are good, even though there are some flaws, you will still have a great time
Most magical soundtrack in games, thank you very much for this experience...
R.I.P.
R.I.P. Kirill Pokrovsky
Pascual el vidrios OMG i just read, he died today...... fuck im so sad now :(
so much emotions in his music... the best
I only found out after completing Original Sin EE.
They devoted the game to his memory in the end credits.
RIP Kirill, we miss you!
Who in the hell would dislike this elven magic masterpeice of all sorts of beauty.
Rest in Peace üstad... His soundtracks alone made divinity games 100 times more memorable.
Üstad tabi beee
Always in my heart :)
Timeless Masterpiece
This game is a "must have".
There needs to be more music like this :D
beautiful, eerie and melody-rich, I love it
Classic!Forever Classic.
I'm relatively certain that I'm responsible for like 12k of the views here.
This is my mood setting music for D&D. So damn good.
The best soundtrack in a game ever, no exageration or confusion, it's the best.
this music is very relaxing also a great old game
Brings back good memories of the game, just wandering around.

^ So fucking true. Going to cursed monastery on low level as mage without lightning damage was such pain in the ass.

Wish I knew who that soprano is. She has one of the most beautiful voices I have ever heard.
Almost certain it's a sample library being played on a keyboard; possibly VSL.
A soprano is a type of classical female singing voice and has the highest vocal range of all voice types
j love divinity

I always knew that Justin Bieber's generation will never understand the old school.

lol!!!
I would guess a bot?
this game would have been good if you had your own horse and cart to store stuff and travel around on
And also, you may want to research hipsters, and what they're really all about, because you keep throwing that around without making sense. What, exactly, is hipster about enjoying a certain game console....or using the word "wow"?
Look up retro in a dictionary.
Some orc or goblin, i guess.
Get off your high horses you guys...
Such a dumb comment...I won't even comment on that.
What kind of ridiculous motto is that? Is there something wrong with digital distribution?
