Nice work man I know how hard it is to ride long distance in first gear. You would probably have to weigh about 120 pounds to get the advertised 90+ miles range. Hopefully one day all these companies will do something about their nonsense range estimates.
I could be driving it for whole week to my work @32km/h and it still would be ~40% battery left on friday afternoon. Amazing.

all vehicles ranges are tested in optimal conditions. this is not just for E-scooters. always remove 40% from the marketed range.

I know you're doing this for testing purposes but no one should keep on turning the unit once it's turned off. Even at 20%, one should stop using it and start recharging again. This is just fucking up the battery. A realistic range all in Mode 1 is more like 100 - 110 km MAX. One shouldn't try to go more than 110km MAX in winter. In summer, perhaps 120km MAX.
Good job Wrong Way for the endurance testing! I rode 64 miles on my Emove Cruiser this past Saturday. 1 single day. took 10 hrs with some charging. 5 hrs of riding. So I know how tiring it can be. But the Dualtron X is more comfortable of course.
How do u reached 64 on a cruiser... Mine goes max to 40..
I went to Poland this summer and I can say that it’s 1000% more bike and ev friendly that the US. Way more safe and easier to commute in a ev than in the US

I did a mileage test on warm weather. I traveled 120km and gave up because it was too hard . 20% battery left
Wow nice range test and hard work! So warm weather does give a bit more range, maybe 130-140 would be possible? That's why i split it in twk days ;) actually the biggest range test in a day for me was on a 60V30Ah ebike with speeds of 25-35 kph - 175 kilometers

I'm next to Poland, same weather, and my range is around 75 km with speed around 45 kmh :/ (new from factory). I tried to change the wheel and the bolts holding the wheel was curled and the two broked. So very questionable quality, sorry. I have all documentations about it.
@tank Williamson After the season I have to say I get about 110km range with the appropriate settings and temperature above 15°C. So I'm ok now. But what worries me are the basic service operations like change tires... it is a nightmare.
I think it should be another thing to test on Wrong Way.

Thanks for the demo. Here where I live (Vancouver Island BC Canada), the cost of that scooter would be 2-3 thousand more than the techlife x9 (zero 11x here). I'm still leaning towards the x9 for my purchase, as I'm a real heavy bastard and its going to be for play and not so much transportation. Still really enjoy watching your Walkthroughs of the different makes and pros+cons for each!

I was told by minimotors that 47 volts was the cutoff voltage
As it should be actually in a 16s battery pack. Minimum charge on a battery should be around 3V. 44 would put it at 2,75 which isnt too healthy...not sure if display isn't accurate or maybe this X was setup differently

Yeah it's the regenrative braking at 90-100% battery. Thay's why i had it off most of the time. It puts a lot of strain on the brakes tho
Nice I got a 3600watt scooter with 60v 36AH from new got 40miles out of it going into 3 gear 2 motors an all sorts trying out what it could do an what I felt what was a good gear, I stayed in 2 gear most the time an turbo if needed to get up a hill or some incline that’s not bad for this scooter I have am buzzing with the results on mine 👍🏽👍🏽👍🏽

Does regenerative braking kills the controller? I burned-out my rear motor controller on my Dualtron Thunder. I rode with the settings pa-3 and my rear controller completely failed for no reason.

@@mr_wrongway Thanks for the reply. I will keep it in disabled after new controller replacement. I didn't find any burned components in the controller board. Replacing all the mosfet will bring back it to life? because mosfets are cheaper than controller

Po prostu gość chce dotrzeć do szerszego grona odbiorców, czego nie możesz zrozumieć? Czy ktoś mieszkający na Śląsku ma nagrywać z gwarą Ślonską a Góral po Góralsku? Po za tym zawsze po jakimś czasie są dodawane napisy. Czy wchodzisz tu obejrzeć test czy ponarzekać że nie po Polsku?
