Ingredients:
1 Lemon or lime
2 Handfuls spinach, kale or arugula
1 Cucumber
4 Celery stalks
2 1/2 inch (6.4cm) piece of ginger
3 Inch (7.6cm) piece of turmeric
1. Wash the leafy greens, celery stalks, and cucumber thoroughly.
2. Remove lemon or lime peel.
3. Cut all ingredients into appropriate size.
4. Add all ingredients through juicer and enjoy.

I just bought my nama juicer today!!! CANT WAIT TO GET VEGGIE WASTED!!
I got mine a week ago. Switched from a centrifugal juicer and I couldn't be happier. Better color, taste, and quality! I love how it is packaged as well!
I just received my brand new Nama today 9/11/2020 was super excited, I couldn't wait to start using it, took some of the ingredients on the recipe booklet provided, as well as this one here on this video. I don't know whether I like it or not (still on the fence) at first I was concerned because the reservoir slightly rocks when pressing the veggies. I thought I may have put it together wrong, so I've proceeded to again for the 3rd time read the manual carefully and slowly making sure I didn't miss anything, cleaned out the machine took it apart and again put it back together, started juicing and guess what... yup still doing the rocking. Also the machine is very loud, it squeaks a lot, not sure if that is how its supposed to work, oh and lastly it didn't press my lemon wedges (lemon was cut into 8 pieces, so they were small), also my beet and carrot pulp was very watery, was expecting it to be somewhat dry, not be able to squeeze juice out of the pulp. I'll give it another try, before I give up on it, but I can't get over the loudness and squeaking. Sorry forgot to also mention that the pulp outlet gets easily clogged when juicing greens, also you'll find that a lot of pulp with juice gets caught in the auger, you'll discover that when you take it apart for cleaning..
I bought mine and I was so happy that I juiced wayy more juice than I needed and it was around midnight that I was juicing! I’m telling u guys, it is soo quite and the juices tasted really goooood. And you know what’s nice about it? Not only the cleaning is not tedious but the nama works so well that you don’t even care spending 2 mns cleaning it. I just hope it last for a long time because this baby is expensive! My husband bought it for me but damnnn ! Anyway if you have the money, you can buy it instead of wasting your money in 5 or 6 cheap juicers... u know how it goes... U know, those 60 dollars one...It’s either they break fast, or smtg is missing and you have to buy another one... I was that person. No more no more! The nama deserve my 5 stars rating. I just made a sorbet today and it smashed those frozen strawberries and bananas like a piece of cake guys. I was impressed and you’ll be too. I don’t like to review products but finally a 400 dollars products worth the price but damn guys it is expensive... otherwise, 5 stars!!!!! I guess good products ain’t cheap! We need to reward the minds behind them!

I love my nama juicer. My 5 year old grandson makes juice with me. Last week I madeApple Carrot juice and the used the pulp to make muffins!
I really like that juice. I make it, or something very similar, almost every day.
I like to use either the tribest solostar4, or my omega nc800. And when I juice tomatoes or fruit, I like to use the omega vsj- 843, or my tribest shine which I got from discount juicers.

It took me a couple of times to get used to a slower juicer and a smaller hopper. I had the wide mouth Breville before and did 4 stalks of celery at a time and whole apples etc. whereas now I have to quarter and halve. However, it absolutely makes more juice with less produce and has less waste. It also is way easier to clean so the time I increased in prep, I have reduced in cleanup. I'm a big fan.

Last night I watched Fat, Sick and Nearly Dead....unknowingly checked out this Nama....and Vancouver Island you’re the best, since I grew up there! I own a Champion juicer I’ve had for decades....is there a company in Vancouver?
So citrus seeds are ok to put in there? And if so, then why peel them then if the motor is strong enough?
You peel them based on your taste buds
I peel my lemon but the peeled lemon went through fine with seeds
Peel tends to be bitter, so if you don’t mind that then no worries on peeling.
I’m in the market for a juicer and finally found 2 that I like but can’t decide between the Nama juicer and the Omega NC900HDC. Any advice?
The Nama is much more versatile, It comes with 3 different filters which you can use for sorbets, smoothies, or juicing. You can also control the amount of pulp by a lever. For me the fact that it can do nut milks as well makes it a winner in my book, the pulp is so dry that it becomes a flour ready to use, it is also quieter than the Omega. Hope this helps!

Do the seeds get in the juice? I can't stand having bits of seeds in my juice. i usually pluck the seeds out but that can be so time consuming and messy. I just got the Nama 2 days ago and so far I've plucked my seeds but very tempted to do my lemons, limes, and oranges with seeds to save time.

I have a Huron, and I don't care for the plastic pieces; they don't hold up very well and it's pricey to buy new replacement parts. This one looks very similar to the Huron; don't think I'll be purchasing.

Trecie08 I’ve had it a week and I’ve been doing entire bunches of celery for the celery juice and other juices that incorporate celery. Some celery does get under the auger but it hasn’t jammed or been a problem. The juice is also excellent the next day because it doesn’t oxidized fast.

@@Namawell well I already have been communicating with your support through email and they told me it was normal! I need to talk to a human at Nama who knows what they are taking about bc your support told me that warm green juice and warm green pulp is normal.

@@Namawell Is there any way that a manager can call me to discuss the issue that I’m having? I’ve been playing merry go round with your customer service department and they’re not giving me a solution that makes sense. They are offering me a refund for my 5800 but going to refund my money to a card that is no longer active to a bank that I no longer bank with. This makes no sense. Your customer service department is very lacking I have been misinformed repeatedly and this issue with helping me with my defective juicer has dragged on for over a week with countless emails.

Their energy is tense and uncomfortable - one is overpowering but proactive while the other is timid and not engaging enough. The feel is not fluid, dynamic and positive, it feels fake and forced. Disappointing as they are both equally lovely people and this is an excellent high quality product.
