This concert was epic! We were in awe and it was very emotional. I’m 62 and have seen many bands from the 70’s and 80’s but this concert is still the best I’ve ever seen.
Man this one is hitting me hard today😢making me miss my parents,still much love for this one.
It's hard at times, when the two reasons for ones existence are no longer here - especially, if they loved you unconditionally.

Studio versions though
Saw them live, Syracuse and Toronto, so indoors and outdoors in '94. Indoors was insane, best show I've attended. They played 4 nights in Toronto at the old CNE stadium, over 4th of July weekend.

Have a look at David Gilmour playing Echoes at the Royal Albert Hall, it’ll take you to a different dimension
From Pulse or the studio recording "Time" followed immediately by "Great Gig in the Sky", the DSOTM album is a coherent whole but those 2 pieces feel especially interlocked.
On the Turning Away live pls. It’s not from Pulse but from the previous tour in 1988, A Momentary Lapse of Reason. Good to see them 6 yrs prior to Pulse. Keep running down the rabbit hole!
A Momentary Lapse of Reason is the name of the album. The live one you’re most likely thinking of is called Delicate Sound of Thunder

The song does sound familiar to me. I might have heard it when I was younger, but anyways, I love the song anyways Pink Floyd is another group that just owns it. They know how to entertain and of course you already did one of the songs that I was really hoping you would do you know so I’m just glad you’re doing this rabbit hole.
