I just got this screen and just logged back in and started my game! I notice a lot of my trophies not popping!! Now I need to fix this … the part I not understanding is you say new user this means my profile will be deleted?!!! I don’t want to delete my profile did I not understand this right?
If i do this, that means that everything will be deleted? Like my screenshot, videos and save data? I tried to to delete the trophies with 0% , but only shows an error message. I dont know what else can i do. Could u please help, thanks
Why haven't Sony added a simple "rebuild Trophy database" option to fix these problems? Deleting and restoring profiles is time-consuming and stressful stuff that we really shouldn't have to be doing. Well, Sony know where they can shove their PS5, because I won't be signing-up for another generation of their crashing system software, corrupted databases, and "don't care" attitude.
But if you initialize your ps4, all of your videos captured, picutres taken, trophy pictures will be deleted also, that is not that good. SO BEFORE YOU DO THIS, YOU SHOULD COPY ALL OF THE TO A USB DRIVE
Trophies are stored locally (on your PS4) and online (on PSN). When you "sync" your Trophies, the two lists are being compared and updated to make sure they're the same in both places. Assuming you've been able to sync recently, you won't lose "all" your Trophies - anything synced is safe.
So I Downloaded God of war on my ps5 and All my data is gone/ deleted for some reason.....I still have all my trophies from the game what do I do to get the data back if possible
@@boreduuu8682 I went to trophies and I deleted a trophy file the had zero percent on it and I synced my trophies to PlayStation network and it let me play my games again

I have a question if you have a game or few you have 1% or more trophies on and you do this and not select those game will trophies data be gone

Yeah it's truly sad. They don't care if people actually enjoy the system; they just want as much money as possible.
