- The biggest barbeque challenge in Texas? And the best challenge I have attempted this year? That is what they say… With about 10 pounds of meat alone, plus sides, and accompaniments, Del Toros mess with the bull challenge is definitely one to take seriously! A craft, barbeque and craft brewery, Del Toro mixes Texas and Mexican together. However, their barbeque is very much cooked traditional Texas style , but their menu offers an extensive amount of tacos, and other delicious favourites in classics! They featured Mexican street corn, cabbage, and anything you could need or want if you want some Texas cuisine and a little bit of Mexican flair! The challenge cost $200, but you win a T-shirt and it is free if you can complete it in a 60 minute time limit. Located in Mansfield, Texas, just outside of Dallas, Texas, this restaurant really shows that you can get amazing barbeque in Dallas, Texas! And I really do think this is Dallas Texas‘s best barbecue. can we beat this Texas size food challenge? Or will this giant Texas barbeque platter beat us.

My mouth usually doesn't run for videos, but this got my saliva going!! Those ribs slipped off of the bone but still looked like they had some chew and texture. The brisket looked so juicy. Awesome amazing job Joel!!

Love cabbage in almost any form or preparation style. Fried in pork fat, butter, and homemade bacon bits with some salt, garlic, fresh cracked black pepper and red wine vinegar is my jam 😎👍👍👍👍

Best I've ever had were poblanos at this place by Santa Teresa, Hatch chillies stuffed with a mix of (chicken & multiple cheeses) then wrapped in bacon over a bed of chilied rice and the best spicy coleslaw ever.

You would fit right in -in my neck of the woods-Wisconsin farmer here and yes cabbage is a staple in the Midwest. We grow it in abundance and love it.
