hello! nice video, just a couple of corrections from a fellow bam main: - we don't use as+1 for inner ability anymore, dark conditioning (3rd job passive) recently got as+1 - yellow aura active buff is as+1, not +2 -- passive for self is +2 (so +3 overall if toggled on) - weakening aura's hyper skill provides ~21% fd increase because of 10% ele resist decrease and fd +10% compounding. this is without factoring in the IED decrease which is multiplicative, so your mileage may vary depending on self IED - telecast up is the slowest, as you're trapped in falling animation and your reaper can miss the boss. side-to-side and down telecast are both faster and concentrate your hitboxes better around the boss
Now with the Mage attack speed changes, we can get 1 (or 9 att spd depending on how you look at it) by ourself. A green pot, yellow aura and decent speed infusion is enough to reach att speed 0.
I love the quality of this video, your cadence, and editing you did. Not many maplestory content creators put much editing or enthusiasm into their work. Good job mate!

Thanks a lot for the video. I was considering playing Battle Mage and still am if only for the awesome 5th job skills. But telecasting and maintaining proper auras during bossing seems like something that will heavily frustrate me. So while I won't be playing the class I am thankful for this video that helped me decide. I think I'll just go Aran, need the link anyway.

A very well made video. Other than what mayflowers mentioned, I'd recommend using blue aura hyper, especially considering its about to be fixed in GMS. :) In addition, I'd like to suggest using dark chain in mobbing and maybe on fourth boost node. I used it in MTS and Limina it makes mobbing easier (You dont have to jump around while using it, you can look at my limina grinding rotation as an example) [ I prefer not telecasting while mobbing to stay sane]. Moreover I dont think you'd benefit from crit rate I.A or link, your "cap" is 69% because while bossing, using combat orders, sharp eyes and battle rage will put you right at 100%. GMS has more than enough crit sources like familiar badges.

I really like the editing for this video and its very well made. The only nit picking is that I had to pause the video to see all the little edits. The edit were too fast for my eyes. The video is still a 10/10 for me.

Just my opinion, there was a lot happening on the screen and it can take away from what I'm supposed to focus on and the little messages were funny but often times too fast to read/notice. But overall, the video was great 10/10, BaM looked fun and I might try to level mine past 210 after this video. Loved the transitions, script, and the video incredibly informative.

It depends if I'm bossing or training, but links I never swap out would be: Kanna, Ark, and Demon Avenger (off the top of my head). DMG boost always a staple

The captain union skill(increase summon duration) has an effective for grim harvest and altar annihilation or not?
As far as I remember, 5th job skills aren't affected by summon duration or buff duration! If I'm wrong, someone will snipe me 😂
Is IA attack speed still needed? Heard bam will get a buff soon where this wont be needed anymore but do not know too much detail about this buff.

Future BaM buff will be weapon multiplier increase from 1.0 to 1.2x!! Essentially 20% final dmg 😁
