The Pangolin Pandemic
One day a little pangolin
who liked to play the mandolin
was feeling a bit flat
and so had sex, you understand,
was feeling a bit flat
and so had sex with a bat
the bat then took a liking
to people who were hiking
naked in the hills
out looking for, you understand
naked in the hills
out looking for new thrills
they all went in a huddle
and gave the bat a cuddle
one bloke thought it was cute
and so he gave, you understand
one bloke thought it was cute
and so he gave it a root
when the bat left,sighing,
a hunter saw it flying
he killed it with a shot
and put it in, you understand
he killed it with a shot
and put it in his pot
he was a bit too hasty
and took it out to taste it
he didn’t let it cook
enough and so, you understand
he didn’t lert it cook
enough and so got crook
he got a nasty fever
but being a deceiver
he didn’t tell his mate
who soon did not, you understand
he didn’t tell his mate
who soon did not feel great
when they both lay dying
the doctors they were trying
not to cough and wheeze
but germs flew on, you understand
not to cough and wheeze
but germs flew on the breeze
the virus then left China
and gave the world a shiner
people dropped like flies
it was mankind’s, you understand
people dropped like flies
it was mankind’s demise
it set the world on fire
as bodies piled up higher
pangolins in their dens
they smiled and rubbed, you understand
pangolins in their dens
they smiled and rubbed their hands
Love the plague doctors in this video. This was nicely composed, well done!
