Moldova is extremely overpriced (for locals). Rent is 500 usd for a 2bd room apartment, while median salary is 500 usd, food is more expensive than in Europe or USA, gas is very expensive, higher than in the us, the only way to live on a budget in Moldova is to buy a house in an abandoned village for 3K and live like a hermit, but that's not for everyone. In the capital city Chisinau is the most insane traffic in Europe as the city wasn't build for automobiles, it was build for carriages, but the crazy thing is that you'll see 100K cars everywhere, Teslas, Porches and even Maybachs, and at the same time you see old people selling their belongings on the street for food.
I personally wouldn't say that the cost of living in Moldova is low - from a local perspective that is. I mean, of course if you're from the US or some place else and earning around 2-3k USD/EUR monthly than you'd view Moldova as a super cheap place to live. But for us, locals, the average salary in the city is around 400 EUR (and that's even closer to the higher level of the spectrum) so we don't get to save a lot of money. Especially when renting an apartment which could easily chew up about half of the salary.
Of course, it’s all relevant. It’s the same in the UK, you get a higher wage but everything costs much more! We just wanted to show it from a tourist point of view! 😃
The author is entitled to his opinion. He showed things from his perspective, from the side of a british foreigner. Nobody mentioned about salaries, just the local prices

Cheap? Maybe for foreigners )) Andy`s used to be a good restaurant back in the middle of 2000s. It kinda sucks now. Local people know it. If you want to have a good pizza, not just a thick dough and some cheese on it, you can pick lot of restaurants. We have lot of pizza restaurants in the capital. The beer is really good and cheap... but you can find even better for a 2-3 pounds for a big glass. There are few small breweries where you can taste lot of types of beer, plus watching the way they make it. Yandex is a russian service.... I always avoid this taxi. You never know where your money go.
They did not show some of the more dumpy aspects of Moldova by getting off the main drag. This country has some problems in keeping their streets free of crumbling old Soviet era buildings and other infrastructure. People need to see the whole picture by looking at other vlogs on youtube. This one was very good at showing how inexpensive it is there but that is only part of the story of why one should look for other less complimentary stuff.

Jesus is the only way to heaven. Such a specific statement may confuse, surprise, and even offend, but it is true nonetheless. The Bible teaches that there is no other way of salvation through Jesus Christ. Jesus himself says in John 14:6: "I am the way, the truth, and the life." No one can come to the Father except through me.” This is not a way as in one of many ways, except through Jesus, to God the Father. Jesus is the only way to heaven for a number of reasons. Jesus was "chosen by God" to be the Savior (1 Peter 2:4). Jesus is the only one who descended from heaven and returned there (John 3:13). He is the only one who has lived a perfect human life (Hebrews 4:15). He is the only sacrifice for sin (1 John 2:2; Hebrews 10:26). He alone kept the Law and the Prophets (Matthew 5:17). He is the only one who has conquered death forever (Hebrews 2:14-15). He is the only mediator between God and man (1 Timothy 2:5). He is the only human being "glorified" by God. . . in the highest place" (Philippians 2:9). In many places, except John 14:6, Jesus spoke of himself as the only way to heaven. He presented himself as an object of faith in Matthew 7:21-27. He said his words were life (John 6:63). He promised that those who believe in him will have eternal life (John 3:14-15). It is the gate of the sheep (John 10:7); the bread of life (John 6:35); and the resurrection (John 11:25). No one else can rightfully claim these titles. The apostles' preaching focused on the death and resurrection of the Lord Jesus. Speaking to the Sanhedrin, Peter openly proclaimed Jesus as the only way to heaven: "There is no salvation in anyone else, for there is no other name under heaven that has been given among men by which we must save" (Acts 4:12). . Speaking at the Antioch synagogue, Paul stressed that Jesus was the Savior: "I want you to know that the forgiveness of sins has been made known to you through Jesus. Through him all who believe are freed from all sin" (Acts 13:38-39) John, writing to the church in general, states that our forgiveness is states the name of Christ as its foundation: "Dear children, I am writing to you because your sins are forgiven for His name" (1 John 2:12). ... No one can forgive sin but Jesus. Eternal life in heaven is possible only through Christ. Jesus prayed: "And this is eternal life: that they know you, the only true God, and Jesus Christ whom you have sent" (John 17:3). To receive God's free gift of salvation, we must look only to Jesus and Jesus. We must believe in the death and resurrection of Jesus on the cross as the payment for our sin. "This righteousness from God comes to all who believe in Jesus Christ" (Romans 3:22). At some point in Jesus' ministry, most of the crowd turned their backs on him and left, hoping to find another savior. Jesus said to the Twelve, "Do you want to go too?" asked. (John 6:67, NIV). Peter's answer is absolutely correct: “Lord, to whom shall we go? You have words of eternal life, and we believed and understood that you are the Holy One of God” (John 6:68-69, NIV). We all share Peter's belief that eternal life is only in Jesus Christ. Have you made a decision for Christ because of what you have read here?
