Le fait que vous disiez de boire de l'eau, peut faire croire que votre corps a mangé, ce n'est pas nouveau. Manger sain, boire de l'eau et faire de l'exercice (marcher pendant 1 heure minimum) est bon pour perdre du poids.

Stop saying that this recipe made you lose 30kg, because when I watch your videos (and your recipes make me want to try them and I will try them), you must have lost more than 200kg. Instead, say that this is a recipe that will allow you to lose weight in addition to drinking water and doing a minimum of exercise. I have nothing against recipes that will allow me to lose weight, but you have to be realistic (I don't know if you know what I mean)
