The fusion had many errors in the diagnosis. You used a meter to front probe the connector for power and ground. Watch Scannerdanners courses on loaded circuit testing. 2nd should have checked network termination resistance for 60 ohms at the dlc that would tell you if there’s a break in the network wiring. If there’s a gateway module it’s different.

My steps and order in the way I do things is often different from others. Sometimes I will take short cuts to save time. Only catch with tekmetric is you have to pay for the service but it’s stuff customer can see by pictures and you also click on the button next to the part and recommend it very eazy that why customer don’t think your trying to get over on them evidence are there

When pulling them copper gasket off drain plus use a pair of snips and the way they wedge will pop it up
You can even record your evidence in the app too so there no confusion at all
