Most of the Heisei movies, including this one, Godzilla vs. King Ghidorah, Godzilla and Mothra: The Battle for Earth, and Godzilla vs. Spacegodzilla, were among the first Godzilla movies I ever saw. They left a huge impression on me as a kid and forever shaped my personal perception of the Godzilla franchise. The Heisei movies always bring back good memories for me and will forever hold a very special place in my heart.

I doubt it. While Godzilla is mainly a melee beast, Mechagodzilla has missiles, lasers, bombs, etc. I don’t think Godzilla would probably get the chance to get close enough to land a few solid hits. But he could. Godzilla is a walking tank
