To be fair, I think American school children have had enough guns and gun talk. It should definitely be a topic of conversation, and past careers should be celebrated and discussed.

Had a parent go to my new principal and accuse me of trying to run her and her daughter (my student) over in a parking lot. The crazy principal wrote up a report and called me in to question me. I was so ticked. Principal pretty much believed her over me
Lol Dropped the kids off and a flunkie at the school in a golf cart said I cut off a school bus a mile back. Which I didnt I told him get in his cart and dont ever speak to me again. He flushed red got in his cart and sped off. Thats the only way to deal w those kinda people
when suzzy admits without knowing that she didnt "find" the money she just flat out stole it she even said when asked about it I found it in someoneelse cubby under a jacket wow kid n mom got nerve pmao god forbid suzzy was the one that lost the money I think we all know by now how mrs smith would act in that one😂😂
Survivor of 21 years in a UK primary school. Ridiculously long hours, horrifically low pay, wild & occasionally violent children, but parents & their facilitating by management, made me resign.
"can you blame them?" Yes, yes I can. There is not enough money in the world to get me to teach at a religious school. Public school parents are bad enough 😬
It doesn't apply then, either. Many states have statutes on the books covering this, and just keeping something you found is considered "theft by taking." Your obligations vary by state, so look them up.
I can remember when teachers where the savage ones. Everything the teacher told my parents was excepted by parents. And we where severely punished over the simplest things. It really hurts children when the parents act the way they do naw. The teachers are bullied into submission. It gives the children a sense of no respect for them anymore because mom will will talk bad about them at home and then scrutinize the teachers in front of them. I was to afraid of my teachers to disrespect them. And that’s how it should be. You can’t respect someone that the majority of parents bully in front of there children at home and in the classroom. The system really needs a lot of change to control there classroom. And a big paycheck that backs it up.
If you are a teacher wanting a pay rise maybe you should learn the difference between too and to, their and there, excepted and accepted, were and where first. I would not want you teaching any of my kids. ☹️
