      It’s funny I showed Dan Rifkin a trick similar to this that I learned from a Tamariz video. More of an ACAAN though. I Really like the bottom deal like this, it seems so fair, it’s almost like a top change but with a bottom deal. I love your twist of the Greek deal better though, already learned the bottom now to learn the Greek deal 9♣️👌🏼

    I'm just an amateur, practing when I can. Got some little knowledge.
    Among all the magicians on YT, I think you're on another level. Absolutely brilliant. I don't know how ta say it with my poor English, but your all philosophy concerning deception and create a magic moment despite of showing how good at handling cards, on any single aspects, in any gesture... well it's really deep, totally uncommon. Great work, great Art !! Total madness

    Making those bottom and Greek deals look like normal deals is amazingly stunning. I've seen people do those moves fast.. and your mind says something is up. When done at a normal speed and correctly they come of normal and brilliant. Ty for teaching this deception on your channel!

    Thank you so much for all the time you have invested in teaching us! If anyone reads this comment (and I’d love it if DM did and shared his thoughts) I wanted to just share a thought about this trick in particular: what about using the MAD shift to get the 2nd, 3rd, perhaps even 4th card from bottom of packet to top JUST before dealing the top card? I understand that it adds a layer of handling/movement/angles that must be considered, but in my eyes the payoff outweighs any detractors in that you can select a 3rd or 4th card in from the top of the spread, which is kind of nice for obvious reasons; you can still subtly flash the bottom card of the packet; and best of all your deal from the top at the end IS what becomes the top card, therefore it cannot get any more fair or clean than that at the end. Thoughts?

  • @t-rexplayz3685
    @t-rexplayz3685 4 ปีที่แล้ว +1

    What I do for this is I take out a card beforehand, and have the prediction from the beginning. Gambler's cop or palm two cards and write the second card down, or just only palm one card and do a bottom deal. Either way, it allows the prediction to be made before the trick even starts. It has gotten great reactions!

      if you watch close, the reflection from the mirror is out of sync with himself, it then slowly becomes in sync, and then it slowly fades back to out of sync. I wonder if it was intentional?

    Thank you for sharing this wonderful method with us. It is terrific. I also thoroughly enjoyed the comic silliness of your presentation of the trick. While I suspect that that is not your usual way of performing, it was refreshing to see the lighter side of Daniel Madison. That lightness seemed to carry over into the tutorial. Lightness, not the silliness, but the lightness was still there. I’d like to see more of that Daniel Madison. It was a delight to watch and learn from him. Take care.

    Hi Daniel,
    I´m very happy I discovered your channel, because you are one of the few geniuses in magic.
    Although I think that your sense of humor is not "my cup of tea" (I don´t have any idea, what the saussage thing is about), I love your clever ideas and the way you teach them.
    Your explanation of your ideas and the psychology behind them is so detailed and at the same time easy to understand! (Except for the saussage thing)
    It´s just great!
    Best regards from Germany

    Maybe you could cop the bottom card if you really wanted to flash the bottom card and you are going to bottom deal.

    • @jones1618
      @jones1618 5 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      Or, push the bottom/force card down or to the side (covering with your palm) and flash just the pips of the 2nd-to-bottom card (the 2 of D in this case). The spread after the bottom deal will further reinforce that it was there all along.
