Got my wife the GB40 (6.0L gas / 3.0L Diesel) to keep in her KIA Optima. She was at work and the battery on the work pick up was dead. They tried jumping it with another vehicle and it would not turn over. They put the little GB40 on it and it cranked on the first try. One of the best items you can buy to carry with you in the trunk or behind your seat!
The people who claim noco boost dont work simply dont understand the low voltage battery/ safety feature, dont understand the override feature and lastly dont realize the pack times out in 60sec. You dont wait 5 mins or longer to try start car....hook up maybe 15 to 30 sec most to start
I have the gbx155 and it was one of the best purchases I’ve made for my service truck! I work for CAT and it can start a track loader and a 980 loader and any skid steer. It started my buddies 6.0 power stroke that the batteries were at 6 bolts like it was brand new batteries. This thing is awesome!
We used it on our low bed for a while , put it straight to the starter and it'll spin up a Kenworth T800 with C15 no problems. Ended up being a wonky Battery.

Just wanted to say thank you. Most times ( and I'm not bragging,I'm not to smart😀) I do my research AFTER I buy a product. My wife want's to know what I want for my brthday and I started looking in to these. I think the GB70 will be a good fit for our home. Be safe Pal
My dad got me the GBX45 for Christmas! Great thing to have in my car and to have a battery in general to charge any of my devices when they're running low!
I ordered 2 of the GBX155’s on amazons Black Friday for $236.00 each. Also ordered the case and a 4 year warranty. Using my 60w apple MacBook charger will fulling charge the drained unit in about 2.5-3 hours.

One thing I’d like to add is the charging of the GBX series, a 60W to 65W AC charging adapter charges a fraction of the time a 2.5W - 10W AC charging adapter would take to charge, I bought the NOCO 65W cigarette lighter charger and a SlimQ 65W AC adapter cube and keep it all together with my GBX45 in a case, I got the SlimQ 30W AC adapter cube for my girlfriend’s GB40 to keep it together in her Honda.
My only issue is that for all of the money you pay for the NOCO jumpers, they turn around and give you a silly little bag, instead of a nice hard cover box/container.
I'm not sure if the GBX models will eventually replace the original GB series but if I were in the market for a GB150 I would pick one up before they phase out the GB's. For me, the voltmeter built into the unit is better than all the other upgraded features. Without it you would need to carry a separate multimeter to check the voltage and it's nice to know what the actual voltage of your battery is. It's too bad they all don't have this feature.
Here's an update after a year of ownership of a GB70. My first full charge lasted about 9 months where I boosted about 10 to 15 times. In this period of time the power level dropped to 25% and I didn't want to let it go any lower so I recharged it. It did, however, boost perfectly while the level was at 25%. I am quite happy with its performance so far. OAN, once while in a parking lot(before I bought the GB70) my battery was drained after listening to the radio too long. I had to wait until most of the other cars left to get a boost from another driver because I was parked nose-in. With the GB70 this is no longer an issue because you don't need to maneuver a car into position for the cables to reach the battery. A hidden benefit that is worth its weight in gold. I, too, have used my booster to power my 12V tire pump and to revive dying cellphones. So many uses!
I love my GB150. Only issue I had in 3 years is one of the plastic posts on the charger busted off the case. I since have bought a hard case and did away with the silk bag it comes with.

We have bought four or five of the GB 150s 4000 and we have had one battery expand and break the plastic one that would not take a charge and one that only charges to 20% with the price of over $400 and each one only asking a year not worth value it’s great it works great. Well works if you wanna buy one every other year.
I’m in the UK 🇬🇧 and really appreciate the quality time and effort put into your channel thank you. I’ve owned the gb150 for just over 5years now and am blown away by the build quality and that even after not using the unit for a two year period I went to check on the charge it was still at 100% 😂and kicked up a friends motor with a dead battery no sweat. I’m using an Apple iPad charger 12w to charge the unit back up. Was thinking could I use the newer 20w charger 🔌 or would it damage it? How’s anyone else finding the best way to charging their gb150 up?
Something I would like to know from these reviews is how many boosts a full battery can bee expected to make. I know it will carry, but the marketing for the GB150 says 80 boosts but something tells me it would only do like 10 if that. They omitted the how many boosts each one can do on the new GBX series which I found odd. Why did they get rid of the voltage meter though, and why don't these come with fast chargers included? (I know you probably cant answer these haha)
Made in China. I do like the GB70 I have. After 4 years or so of use, the GB70 will not fully charge anymore. Stuck at roughly 25 to 30 percent on the indicator light. Good run and came in handy numerous times jump starting my car and others.
AAA came out to jump my car today. Battery wasn’t completely dead. He used the Noco GB150. I like yo get one for emergency use and he mentioned another model. Thinking of picking up the GB70
I'm a AAA battery tech. Most of the tow truck drivers carry NOCO jumpers. I personally would recommend the Yesper Armor over a GB70. It's half the cost on Amazon and it's more powerful. I carry it with me on the job to specifically to jump dual battery diesel trucks. I've seen the GB70 all over the shop when I was a Chrysler tech. They're ok for casual use but won't last long with extended use. For "Price vs Performance" I would take Yesper over Noco any day. I don't need all the fancy features. Just jump the vehicle so we can all get on with our lives.
@@nausticaz6845 Thanks for your recommedation on the Yesper Armor. Can you provide a recommendation for AGM batteries for a Porsche? I did replace an OEM Porsche battery once which very costly(did not have a choice, battery conveniently died on my way to the dealer for service). This one did not last maybe max 3-4 years. The current one I have was purchased from AAA. Surprisingly it's been almost 7 years in Jan. Your thoughts please.
@@edchang9521 Almost 7 years? That's great! Is it an AGM battery? I work in southern Arizona and you're lucky to get 3 years out of a battery. Batteries are big business here in desert climate. AGMs are made to last longer and handle more abuse (duty cycles). More and more modern vehicle are going to AGMs because of all the computer components and fancy features. If your vehicle has the "Auto Stop/Start" feature, you can be certain that the manufacturer requires an AGM battery. How long a battery will last varies. It all depends on how the vehicle is used so it's different from individual to individual. According to the battery gurus out there, a vehicle should be driven continuously for 30 minutes at least 1 time a week in order to maintain a charge on your battery. So if you're the type of person who doesn't drive often...or someone who only takes short trips when you do drive, your battery isn't going to last as long as someone who drives daily and has longer commutes. Hopes this info helps.
Thanks for this informative video , wishing you all the best . Buying now my GBX55 hopefully enough juice for my SUV Tucson 2019 I was almost one click away from buy the GB70 which is 2000 amp but watching your video makes sense for me get the new version I'd say that , even though it's not 2000 amp 1750 amp should be enough. Thanks again
I went the GB70 route a few days ago. I would prefer the USB-C to the micro, but as the GB70 has turned 12v outlet, that's handy for running a couple of things like our cool box when the engine is off or we take it away from the car.
Thanks for putting the video together but would be nice to see some real testing, like project farm, no BS numbers. As the noco has done very poorly in real world tests. As well the high price and can’t even get you a real hard case like competitors
I have videos showing the noco gb70 and gb150 jumping off several trucks from 6.7 cummins to 12.7L Detroit engines. This just simply shows the difference between the old vs new styles like the title suggests
The only thing that gets me is why they don't list cca another grate video i still find it hard to put my jnc 660 down with over 15 years of grate service i am now on my second one the jnc 770 but i like the clamps better on the 660
I cranked over a Cummins 4bt without a battery for 5 minutes straight with a fully charged gb150 my fully charged jnc 660 couldn't even crank it past the power stroke. The power isn't even close
Hello how are you? I wanted to ask which Air Compressor to keep in a van for in case of emergency so you recommend. Also, which tools for changing the car tires do you recommend as well? Maybe an electric tool is best because I'm not that strong. Sorry for all the questions, I just want to make sure that I all the things that I should have in my van in case of an emergency. Thanks so much for the help and the great videos!
An impact would do much better for you 1/2 drive like the Milwaukee impacts. As far as a compressor to air tires up a 12 volt compressor would do just fine check Amazon for 12 volt tire inflator
Thank you SO much for this. Here in the UK the old versions are still sold & it was confusing what the newer versions offered . Many videos seemed to be "sponsored", therefore an impartial opinion was appreciated. The type C charging on newer models I like because I believe they offer fast charging. I'll be buying the noco boost x gbx55 as Amazon UK have good deal atm. Appreciated so much, subbed 👍
Thanks for the Video. I bought a GB and then I canceled it because I didn’t realize that there was a X series. So I ordered the GBX155 and it’s coming tomorrow. Your video just made me aware that the voltage meter display is not on the GBX series. That’s sad. Why did they get rid of that?
@@KoonTrucking yeah, I just realized that after I saw your video about having problems with the flat battery on the GBX. I bought it with Amazon and it’s coming tomorrow I’m just going to set up a return, not even open the box And I’ll buy the GB I think that’s a better way to go ?
I was successful, UPS is coming today to pick up the GBX155 and I bought a GB150. I usually don't get extended warranties, but I did this time, $47 for 4 years. Thanks for your help! @@KoonTrucking
@@KoonTrucking my semi had 4 dead batteries which we replaced yesterday. Alternator blew the batteries. While running tests on the truck and exhausting all options, my father brought out his gbx55 and jumped my semi 3 times back to back. Each time he smacked the boost button I got 13.5 volts instantly on the dash. Fired the semi up like a nitrous hit.
Kind of an odd question here. If you couldn't make it to start your vehicle within the time allowed to start it. Could you try to start it with remote start? Thinking about buying one of these for a disabled driver.
Goodall Jump Boxes Or the Noco 250 or larger. Definitely not a GB150 or GBX155. It isn’t strong enough especially in the cold. It will start one that will try to turn over or a strong click but not in cold.
Hello! Great video! U are very knowledgeable & wanted to ask which brand for a Car Jump Starter with Air Compressor combo is good. Idk much about cars & I need one. Safety, power & durability are imp factors for me. Thanks!😊
Bigger is always better when trying to jump off a vehicle. The GB40 / GBX45 would probably be just fine but the truck having a V8 the GB70 / GBX 75 would always be a better choice
The only upgrade is the usb c charging. Missing the voltage meter is a downgrade. I gave my gb150 HD away to a good friend, with plans of buying the new one with the usb c charging. But am now regretting it since the new one no longer has the voltage meter. Gonna have to find another brand that does both.
7:55 - It's really interesting with some products. They make the new series worse than the old one. For this product: The new series could have a display that would have the voltage information, and when the device was not connected to the battery, it would show how much battery is left in % (0% - 100%). Pressing the ON button, the screen would show how much battery is left, for example: 85%. For example, if the battery only has 4 volts, you know that your car shouldn't shut off because it might not start again on its own, and you'll have to jump start again at the intersection, etc. 🙂 Because there is no information about volts anywhere in the car, and seeing how many volts the battery has on the starter is useful information. The battery will not be fully charged immediately if it is almost completely dead.
This may sound dumb, BUT, say I buy the GBX75, there's no possibility that I could damage a battery on say a Nissan sedan or something similar? Obviously they can charge a big diesel but I'm curious if that is too much power for a smaller car battery. It would be super handy to keep the bigger jump starter to help out others, especially those with a big truck and such.
No it won’t hurt it. You can do small things with a big jump box but you can’t do big things with a small jump box. I’ve jumped my mower off with my gb150
@Koon Trucking yeah that's what I was hoping to hear.....I may pick up the GBX55 honestly, I have the GB40 but I kinda want to see if there's a strong difference between them and sell off the 40. Thanks!!
@@KoonTrucking Wow, thanks for pointing this out! I'm facing a similar problem with a completely unrelated product ( Dji Ronin-M camera gimbal ) where the battery chip is programmed not to accept a charge after dropping below a certain voltage... So even if you open it and charge the cells using an RC charger, it won't work unless you flash the battery chip... I will look into the GB series or another brand then
So I just bought a gbx155, unboxed it and plugged it into my Samsung fast wall charger. The headlight comes and stays on while it's plugged in? My guess is it's too low on voltage?? I'll try the car charger like you say and see what happens. Any suggestions or information???
Fortunately for us we don’t see 0 degree temps. Now I know for a fact when it was in the teens here my gb150 jumped my duramax off when it was dead in the water with no problems.
Can you run the car on NOCO Jump Box without a battery for longer than 60 seconds (until it is empty), and what is the longest time you could do it with the NOCO Jump Box (if the alternator is not working, so you could drive the car to the shop if it is close)
Even the small GB40 is enough for most cases. The bigger ones must be real powerhouses! I just wonder why Noco skipped the volt meter from the new GBX 150. It is very useful.
@@KoonTrucking gonna get that then i can get that for £112 with my trade card from my local car part/tool company instead of £140 also have you ever broke the jump cables on them
Thanks for the video. Do you know why noco gb150 4000amp reduced them to the 3000amp on the newer ones yet they are both noco gb150 and they are exact same size and shape? Have they reduced? As some websites show the are still 22500 joules.
They had them over rated on the older version and they were called out for it so they had to go back and have the products labeled at what they would actually do
They are a little under rated cause I have a gb 40 for my 4cyl Tacoma and it’s rated for 6.0 gas and I use it to jump my 6.8l v10 atleast once a month for the last year but it takes the whole charge lol that’s why I’m looking into upgrading so much don’t have to charge it ever time I use it on the f350
Those Noco’s just do not hold up I kept them stored in temperature controlled shop and topped off every three months yet they just stop working the best jump packs I’ve used are the jnc’s plus you can swap the batteries when they go bad unlike the noco which just turns into a paperweight
I don’t know because I just got the gbx series. But i just happen to have a duramax with some crappy batteries (that’s why the gb150 was in that truck 🤷🏼♂️) haha I will know soon
I think it has a chip to prevent that from happening. You even have to press the over ride button on a dead battery if it doesn’t read voltage. Pretty sure the safety features would prevent it from charging at all
Got to get one in the next haul from Mr Joe! We’ve got an L9 and a few ISBs in the fleet so unless I rely on the reefers to charge up the batteries, looks like I’m springing for the bigun
They are two completely different styles of jump packs. These are much smaller and lighter. The Viking is large and will do larger trucks more times before charging. Just depends on what you are wanting really.
Great Video- got a question for you though. You describe how the older GB Series did not accurately put out the correct amperage. Your exact words were they "were overrated with power." Does this mean that my GB70 which is rated as putting out 2000 amps is putting out more than 2000 or less than 2000 amps? Many Thanks, Joe D'Aloisio
It’s the way they discharge. The gb series gives you a 3 second burst after you hit the key. The GBX gives 1 min of burst. The downside is the GBX is much quicker to discharge and seems to have known issues with taking a recharge due to the battery getting below voltage and it not taking a charge. But the gb series weren’t as powerful as they claim but as time shows and battery issues show the GB series is a much better jump box.
I wanted to buy 1 for my dad for a Xmas gift but I dont exactly have a bunch of money which 1 would you recommend to get? Like is it better to just send it an get the bigger 1 or will 1 of the smaller be fine
Depends on what he’s trying to jump off. I would definitely recommend going with the GB series noco vs the GBX because of the charging issues the GBX has. If he’s just jumping off a regular truck or even a diesel truck like a 6.7 or 7.3 then the GB70 is what I would go with. If he isn’t jumping off a big engine like that a gb40 would work
@KoonTrucking I was waiting to see this reply before I made a set decision but I was looking at the gbx45 the biggest vehicle he has is maybe 5.3 or 6.2 gas truck (not sure which it actually is) but do you think the gbx45 is a good one or still think gb40 would be good?
@@tylermiller3128 if you will watch the follow up video I did to this one “Noco sucks” you will see why I say stay away from the GBX series. They are failing to hold a charge and take a recharge.
Can the GBX series be used like an actual 12v battery source (on the clamps) for a air pump or something like that or turn over a vehicle with no battery, not just used for a "Jump Starter" ? I cant seem to find that answer anywhere. Thank you.
It can be but using it without a battery May or may not work depending on the load because it does have thermal protection. I’ve used the gb150 to start smaller v6 cars without a battery
I have the gbx155 an mine stays in my personal truck an it was in there for 4 months an I took it out the other day to jump my RV in 12 degree temps an it was still fully charged an worked perfectly

Tried to use cigarette lighter in my Dodge Diesel and it killed both my batteries! Now I need a jump!! I’m using an Apple iPad charger 12w to charge the unit back up. Was thinking could I use the newer 20w charger 🔌 or would it damage it? How’s anyone else finding the best way to charging their gb150 up?
It should be fine they sell high powered chargers for them so probably the same thing.
I just got the noco gb150 such a game changer does not take long at all to jump start a dead battery love your channel clay have a blessed day.
Thank you for watching
Clay just wondering if you ever tried theNOCO XGC4 56-Watt XGC Power adapter I found it on Amazon .
got my son gbx 55 last xmas.....so impressed pretty sure santa is bringing me a gbx 75
Appreciate your videos definitely helped me decide on quite a few tools ..
Made in China. I do like the GB70 I have. After 4 years or so of use, the GB70 will not fully charge anymore. Stuck at roughly 25 to 30 percent on the indicator light. Good run and came in handy numerous times jump starting my car and others.
My gbx45 is made in Malaysia
Disassemble it and balance the cells😉
how do you balance the cells? @@miketigra8995
I have the gb70 best investment I’ve made
AAA came out to jump my car today.
Most people wouldn’t want to help someone else or ask for help to jump someone off anymore.
I got a GB70 and I love it, really wish I had snagged a 2nd one last year during amazon prime day when it was almost half off.
what is the life span of the gb150 I heard 3 to 4 years.

@@KoonTrucking Thanks a lot!
Are the cells available for all of them?
Thank you SO much for this. Here in the UK the old versions are still sold & it was confusing what the newer versions offered . Many videos seemed to be "sponsored", therefore an impartial opinion was appreciated.
The type C charging on newer models I like because I believe they offer fast charging. I'll be buying the noco boost x gbx55 as Amazon UK have good deal atm.
Appreciated so much, subbed 👍
Very informative- thanks!

Take a look at my other noco video, you will wish you kept that original order for the gb series

Yes it’s more dependable and the volt meter is nice.

Gbx55 cranks semi trucks. At least 3 jumps om a full charge. Maybe more. These boxes are amazing.
I’ve used the gb150 to start a semi but it wasn’t a completely dead battery and it barely started it but it did start it
@@KoonTrucking my semi had 4 dead batteries which we replaced yesterday. Alternator blew the batteries. While running tests on the truck and exhausting all options, my father brought out his gbx55 and jumped my semi 3 times back to back. Each time he smacked the boost button I got 13.5 volts instantly on the dash. Fired the semi up like a nitrous hit.
@@KoonTrucking these batteries were dead dead. No lights on the dash or buzzing.
Kind of an odd question here. If you couldn't make it to start your vehicle within the time allowed to start it. Could you try to start it with remote start? Thinking about buying one of these for a disabled driver.
I never thought of that. Guess it would work
gb70 works great
Got mine today😂

Great video. I just bought a gbx55
Well done! Nice video, thanks!
So, if you ran a service truck, which one would you choose to start a dead semi up north, in the winter..?🤔🌬☇
Goodall Jump Boxes
Or the Noco 250 or larger. Definitely not a GB150 or GBX155. It isn’t strong enough especially in the cold. It will start one that will try to turn over or a strong click but not in cold.

Can you tell me what size to get for a honda accord sport and a gmc sierra truck
Thanks
Bigger is always better when trying to jump off a vehicle. The GB40 / GBX45 would probably be just fine but the truck having a V8 the GB70 / GBX 75 would always be a better choice
I had to use my Apple 70 watt charger. To get the fast charge feature.. But it will charge these things inside an hour......
Because there is no information about volts anywhere in the car, and seeing how many volts the battery has on the starter is useful information. The battery will not be fully charged immediately if it is almost completely dead.
That was an awesome video clay good job 👏
GBX55 says you have 60 seconds to start vehicle?
Good morning
What is the lifespan of NOCO products?
Tks
I have no clue what the official warranty is? I would assume 1 year like most. My gb150 is probably 4 years old now and still works
Do you leave it charging on the work Bench or just occasionally charge it?
Just charge it when it needs it. I’ve jumped vehicles with 1 bar of battery life
This may sound dumb, BUT, say I buy the GBX75, there's no possibility that I could damage a battery on say a Nissan sedan or something similar?

Thank you
Great explain, thank you. A this "X" series has accurate marking? I am planning on GBX45 (up to 6.5L) for my 5.7 sedan - should it work?
It’s always better to get bigger than you plan on needing since most of the time it’s a completely dead battery or even a bad battery.
@@KoonTrucking Thank you, appreciate your advice.
Do these work to jump start an AGM battery. Manual states “for lead acid batteries only”.
Yes: It can be used on any 12-volt lead-acid battery, such as, Wet, Gel, Maintenance-Free, Enhanced Flooded Battery (EFB) and AGM
So I just bought a gbx155, unboxed it and plugged it into my Samsung fast wall charger. The headlight comes and stays on while it's plugged in? My guess is it's too low on voltage?? I'll try the car charger like you say and see what happens. Any suggestions or information???
I'm thinking maybe the 155 for a 5.9 Cummins in North Dakota in the winter? Or would the smaller one work?
I think they have them rated correctly. They are pretty amazing what they can do. Obviously the bigger the better if you can afford it
Clay do you know how they work in COLD temps like 0 or below I have the booster pac 5000 but it is big and bulky. Great job on your videos 🔧🔧🔧🔧
I have the gbx155 and it works great in the cold. I leave it in my service truck and it starts anything I put it to
Fortunately for us we don’t see 0 degree temps. Now I know for a fact when it was in the teens here my gb150 jumped my duramax off when it was dead in the water with no problems.
What is the difference between GB150 3000A and GB150 4000A and GB150 4000A 22500 Joules?
It's so complicated.
Can you run the car on NOCO Jump Box without a battery for longer than 60 seconds (until it is empty), and what is the longest time you could do it with the NOCO Jump Box (if the alternator is not working, so you could drive the car to the shop if it is close)
It would ruin the noco I’m sure because it would drop the level too low to take a recharge.
Thanks for the video. Which one do you recommend for a 6.6 duramax? Thanks again.
The gb70 will jump a Duramax
The bigger the better obviously i have the gb 70 and gb 150 and used both on my duramax
Ok, Thank you.@@KoonTrucking
How many volts does the gbx150 put out? Gb70 only 12v and most other brands put out 16v plus. Not sure why the noco’s only put out 12v.
Even the small GB40 is enough for most cases. The bigger ones must be real powerhouses! I just wonder why Noco skipped the volt meter from the new GBX 150. It is very useful.
Sure cost is the reason
Up hear in cold cold Colorado I stick with my jnc 770 just hook it correctly to the battery
I’ve had good luck with the Noco stuff I prefer the lighter weight and smaller size myself
I am looking at the gb40 and the gbx45 which one would you go for?
Gbx
@@KoonTrucking gonna get that then i can get that for £112 with my trade card from my local car part/tool company instead of £140 also have you ever broke the jump cables on them
I got the gbx45 and have jumped about 9 vehicles this year. Works great, hard to upgrade since the gbx45 has done everything I asked it to do.
Do they offer anything in the 24v range for transit bus
Yes they have a GB251 that is 24 volt. They may have more than that model but I’ve seen that one
Excellent review. Answered all my Q’s so thank you.
Those Noco’s just do not hold up I kept them stored in temperature controlled shop and topped off every three months yet they just stop working the best jump packs I’ve used are the jnc’s plus you can swap the batteries when they go bad unlike the noco which just turns into a paperweight
can you power a led bar by using the override feature?
Probably
I know what the box advertises but in your opinion do you think the gbx75 would jump a duramax?
I don’t know because I just got the gbx series. But i just happen to have a duramax with some crappy batteries (that’s why the gb150 was in that truck 🤷🏼♂️) haha I will know soon
Let me know how it goes. My daily driver is a 2002 duramax. I would be curious
Can you charge a GBX155 with a NOCO Genius 10 battery charger ? If not, why not ?
I think it has a chip to prevent that from happening. You even have to press the over ride button on a dead battery if it doesn’t read voltage. Pretty sure the safety features would prevent it from charging at all
Got to get one in the next haul from Mr Joe! We’ve got an L9 and a few ISBs in the fleet so unless I rely on the reefers to charge up the batteries, looks like I’m springing for the bigun
How would you compare these to the Viking line from Harbor Freight you showed a while ago?
@KoonTrucking ok thank you
Can the GBX series be used like an actual 12v battery source (on the clamps) for a air pump or something like that or turn over a vehicle with no battery, not just used for a "Jump Starter" ? I cant seem to find that answer anywhere. Thank you.
It can be but using it without a battery May or may not work depending on the load because it does have thermal protection. I’ve used the gb150 to start smaller v6 cars without a battery
Have you noticed how long they hold a charge sitting in your car/truck?
Mine gets used pretty frequently so I charge them when they get low. I’ve never just left them sitting without use
I have the gbx155 an mine stays in my personal truck an it was in there for 4 months an I took it out the other day to jump my RV in 12 degree temps an it was still fully charged an worked perfectly
They hold for a few months, but as a practice I like to fresh charge mine every 2 or 3 months or befor going on a road trip. Great product to have.
I bought the GB 150 4000a and the only time I used it worked great. I was surprised how long it held a charge. Pulled it out s couple days ago and it was on 25%, gave it a try on a Toyota but it went straight to zero. Tried to charge it and it flashes red on the 25% charge light and will not charge. Tried to use cigarette lighter in my Dodge Diesel and it killed both my batteries! Now I need a jump!! Unless they fixed these issues that I'm having along with everyone else on TH-cam I'm not buying another one. They don't last.
can it start a truck 24v? (2x 12v battery) thanks
Did you find out if can jump 2x 12 v battery
