Especially for us older folks when it comes to conveniences, healthcare, accessibility, and above all, the challenge of high heat and humidity that can wear you out, even with the alternative of being confined in air conditioning, especially in Managua.
honesty is refreshing. especially about the lack of liquidity .. i vistited granada. was amazed. its like walking and living in a museum. i had a 200k budget there. many folks selling their airbnbs. most have updates but proce tags that far surpass the rental marjet there... that fundmental transends all markets. if i can rent a like property for 1500 (wifi, ac, maid, repairs includes), why would i pay 200k for it. ill visit SJDS next time. ibe looked at homes there online. tye cheapest thing i saw that would be suitable was 285k for ocean view home that needed some repairs/updating

the USA doesn't want socialist healthcare. The army and VA has socialist healthcare already, and it takes months to get an appointment if you have sinus infection and need drugs. The existinng system needs massive reforms but the last thing we want is government care.
