You express my feelings exactly. However our sense of desperation can be an Achilles Heal. Especially for us older folks when it comes to conveniences, healthcare, accessibility, and above all, the challenge of high heat and humidity that can wear you out, even with the alternative of being confined in air conditioning, especially in Managua.
honesty is refreshing. especially about the lack of liquidity .. i vistited granada. was amazed. its like walking and living in a museum. i had a 200k budget there. many folks selling their airbnbs. most have updates but proce tags that far surpass the rental marjet there... that fundmental transends all markets. if i can rent a like property for 1500 (wifi, ac, maid, repairs includes), why would i pay 200k for it. ill visit SJDS next time. ibe looked at homes there online. tye cheapest thing i saw that would be suitable was 285k for ocean view home that needed some repairs/updating
Also like having your videos in the background while working, always interesting destinations 💪 Quick question for Nicaragua, is there the typhoons and hurricanes like in the carribbeans or not?
the USA doesn't want socialist healthcare. The army and VA has socialist healthcare already, and it takes months to get an appointment if you have sinus infection and need drugs. The existinng system needs massive reforms but the last thing we want is government care.

Sounds appealing.
Very interesting, I just want to move there and forget about winter, politics and wars 😃
turn the news off. The USA will get technocracy first when the AI takes over, so dont leave the USA
How exactly?

A realtor CAN be a starting point for planning your life. Just so you know, there is no need to buy immediately.
So as an American who is retired on Social Security and a private pension, am I excluded from paying taxes on that to Nicaragua?

how is it to compare to Costa Rica?
Much more affordable and relaxed. Costa Rica has become very expensive.
Not a single word on politics. Sure. Enough said, it's worth what you pay for.
So nice to hear from a vegan!
Yeah, Nicaraguan food is definately NOT the least bit exciting. 😒 No spices. Not like Mexican food at all.
Hey kids. Dont let those idiots remove your gallbladder.
The health care is also free for US citizens in the US as Biden and Trump provided
