Very very good... Think of buying one myself now. Please consider getting rid of chain oiler.. Not a big fan of them.. Ride safe.. Never know could see you on the road somewhere. 👍👍👍👍
Hi Phil, loved the video, very interesting and the bike looks brilliant. Would love to do some similar mods to mine. If possible, could you please forward me the DXF file for the rear disc guard? Also I loved the nut covers but I have seen in the comments below that you are not going into production! But could you please advise about how I could get something similar made up? Best regards.....
Hi Marc thanks for the comments, to send the DXF file I will need you email address? I can print you a set of spindle covers £30 for a pair. Cheers Phil.
Hi, I was waiting to gauge other owners reactions to the nut covers, you are only the second one to express and interest in them. I have a pair of "pre-production" ones that have one or two of the retaining lugs snapped off in them, however they still work perfectly well! If you like I could send you them to you FOC, you would just need to pay postage? Let me know? Then if you like them perhaps you could post your thoughts! Cheers Phil.
@@JIMMER15 Hi, in order to work out postage costs I need to know roughly where you live? Are you in the UK? If you would like to PM me with your full address, I will be able to get the exact postage amount? Cheers Phil.
I've just filed down the stops, end and each side where it meets the edge of the bike, I don't think the aluminium looks thick enough to hold weight now (for standing on pegs), so potentially not safe, also I'm now convinced the peg mount pivot is different between 16-19 year bikes
Hi Didier It's from a Gen 1 Superduke R. You have to do a bit of trimming at the back of it where it curls under the engine to get it to fit properly. Once I had done this I had it Hydro dipped with carbon fibre effect film. Cheers Phil.
Hi As I said on the video I profiled and made this myself. Depending on where you are, what I have done in the past is supply the DXF. file! Which means you can then go to a local to you, machine/engineering shop and get them to water/laser cut one out for you. Mine is cut out of 4mm thick Stainless steel, then covered in carbon fibre effect wrap film. Let me know, what you want to do? Cheers Phil.
Hi I understand. Sorry, but I watched video without sound in the subway. Can you provide a design with dimensions please? I'm going to make such a cover made of aluminum due to the lower weight of the material. Thank you very much and best regards.
Hi, will send you the dxf file. Will need your email address? Would advise caution in using aluminium, as it's only attached via the rear caliper mounting bolts. There is the distinct possibility that it could flex and catch the disc rotor, with disastrous consequences!!
Hi, It's a Puig screen that I sprayed black on the inside. As you heard on the video I did this as the mountings all got smashed out when the pheasent hit it! The black paint nicely masks out the repairs I had to make!
That screen 🤢, the engine bars 🤢, the fender extenders🤢, the can 🥴, those Dunlop’s 😕, that horn contraption 😳, the foot pegs 🤢! Step away from the motorcycle!
Great video! Bike looks awesome with all it's mods, love the hydro dipped stuff! 😎
KTM dealer: "so how many mods do you want on your bike?"
Myers: "Yes!"

Hi Trevor, Saddlecraft in South Shields. Cheers Phil
Hi, great video! I'd be interested in the rear wheel orange nut covers. Let me know if they are available?

Just tried fitting these footpegs to my 2019 and the pin holes don't like up with the housing, did you alter anything to make them fit?
Hi, yeh you will need to file some off the stops on the pegs to get them to fit, it's not a lot though!
