The question is, who is training receptionists Bec as use it's not good, mostly. I called an adult office the other day and a very impatient guy answered only with his name. Had to ask him if he is f from the company I called and he said yes. I told him that he didn't say so. He clearly wasn't the receptionist but terrible anyway.
