I have the iroda fx2 dash cam, and I have the E220 2016 mercedes In the box, two cameras, front and rear and wire, are black and two other red and yellow. I don't know what to do and how to connect. Please advise how to connect wire and what I should need to connect. Appreciate your help . Thanks
@@sunnylubana7386 I used both: 1) 445 - 15NA "Socket 12V in trunk", and 2) the open unlabled fuse between 440 and 442. Also, I had to use larger fuse tab "piggyback" adapters for the Rev Cam kit to fit circuits. Hope this helps.
Hi there! Great video, did you measure the voltage on fuse 71 before connecting the dash cam power? I have a MB GLE350 my problem is the cigar lighter actually reads 0V off when the car is turned on opposite of what I need. There is some micro controller I think which regulates the actually voltage bc the cigar lighter actually does work when the car is on.
the way you run the wire to the back.is it safe for the airbag during tbe collision?I ran the same way. but after I am not sure is ok or not for side airbags.

@@xaris0035 I guess he doesn't need. the only thing he need to is finding an empty spot that gives to car 24/7 Powerades such as the one activate when you unlock/lock your car with its key.
*It's very dangerous and incorrect wiring!!!* Don't ever do that if you want to stay alive after accident! There is an Airbag where A-pillar is, and by wiring over it you have a chance of incorrect deployment of that airbag. Which could be deadly.
This would not block a high pressure airbag. Only issue is the wire would fly out into the passenger on event of a crash. But then again that's the least of your worries when shards of glass are flying everywhere. Basically, it's a grey area situation.
