I've read every Pokedex entry for Umbreon, and I've found nothing bad in him(Umbreon). The entries don't describe any evilness or aggression, mostly the rings in his fur and connection to the Moon/night. I love that fact. Umbreon could never be bad/evil because if anyone can't remember the method of evolving eevee into Umbreon, it's friendship. You must befriend your eevee then level him at night in order to get an Umbreon. I can't see how a Pokemon like that could possibly be evil. I mean unless the trainer was evil, but I highly doubt that an evil person could ever befriend an eevee so much that the eevee became an Umbreon, and still be evil. But that's just my opinion.
Froslass, its favorite food is the souls of men. Oooook I'm gonna have to stay away! It only goes after men it thinks are handsome. Oh okay, I'm safe then! LOL
Other Pokemon that should've been considered Necrozma: More of a tragic evil, but worth a mention for the fact that it wants to absorb all light. Marshadow: Extremely evil in I Choose You (the movie).
I'd say any Pokemon that _willingly_ and/or _knowingly_ joins forces with the Villain Teams can be counted as "evil". Hence, Lysandre's Gyarados, Cyrus' Honchkrow, and Team Rocket's Meowth are evil because they're actively and loyally serving an evil group, whereas Ghetsis' Hydreigon _isn't_ evil because it's being _forced_ into it. Mewtwo is a special case--it was _forced_ into working with Team Rocket in both the anime and the games, but it was also created without compassion as you mentioned and rather than instantly going good after breaking ties with Giovanni, it simply became an independent baddie. Also, Necrozma. In defense of Hypno, it also gains sustenance from dreams and it's claimed to kidnap children so that it can feed off of their dreams. As terrifying as the kidnapping is, one could argue that Hypno is only doing it on instinct.
I always thinks Giratina has a lot in common with Hades. Both banned to the underworld by the creator of the universe and often mistaken to be the bad guy.

I love ur channel
Forest fires are really important to the environment to open up space in crowded areas in a forest
Froslass, its favorite food is the souls of men.

I just wanna know if a Devil Pokémon exists and no I wouldn’t consider Giratina as the devil Pokémon
I agree, more like Hades in my opinion.
Beduff is the most evil one
Other Pokemon that should've been considered
Necrozma: More of a tragic evil, but worth a mention for the fact that it wants to absorb all light.
Marshadow: Extremely evil in I Choose You (the movie).
Pokemon not bad.

Can you do lets play
I always thinks Giratina has a lot in common with Hades. Both banned to the underworld by the creator of the universe and often mistaken to be the bad guy.
