- I've been on the search for food on a budget today, in Abufeira, Portugal. I succeeded! We have a delicious lunch in the Pingo Doce canteen. I later show you one of my favourite beach-side cafés which I shall certainly be going to for coffee and food later in the week. The wind whips up and the waves are mesmerising to watch on the beach and I later do a little bit of souvenir shopping in the very deserted, out-of-season Praia dos Pescadores (Fisherman's Beach).

Lunch looked good and the lemon dessert looked scrumptious. There's nothing more soothing than to listen to the crashing waves. I love it.

Loves seeing the beach walk all that fresh sea air. I found it intresting to see shops & cafe & your meals .The weather in uk is terrible we have had storms rain and its freezing enjoy the rest of your holiday from karatefella wife Carol
