Hello, i broke the yaw cover of my dji mini 2 gimbal. Would you recommend changing the full gimbal or is not too complicated to change just the yaw? Thanks for your time.
So I’m kind of in a bit of a struggle with remove the four screws under the legs. How can I get them out? I tried using different small screwdriver tips (like removing the tip of the screwdriver with other ones) and it won’t come out, only like two of the screws come out but the other two won’t. Please I need help!
@@djiSolutions when I tried the "calibration firmware" it just stops and doesn't advance after a few percent :( doesn't get near to end where I need to turn drone up
I can't seem to pry the top cover open. I removed all four screws and managed to pry it open a bit on both ends but there seems to be something near the middle of the drone that fastens the cover to the body of the drone. I'm afraid if I use any more force I will break it.
How much usually cost to change gimbal?... dron flight well and camera movies in any direction... i have problem with quality of video... time to time its shoots well but time to time just picture folling to parts( lkke radio waves, if i can say it) i bring it to local service center, they took it for one week and after diagnostic (50 euro) they told that need to change gimble.... might it be connected with gimble ???
I just ordered the gimbal to replace. Do I need a software to calibrate I see that you didn’t use any software. I will be keeping same camera only the housing broke. I would appreciate any tips. I have a MacBook so not sure how to get any software if needed. Thank
Oh wow that's nuts you actually fixed it... No error code issues because ultimately it was the same camera wasn't it? You just changed the frame and gimbal arm of it?
Hi, my dji mini 2 was also broken from the same place. I ordered the parts and installed them completely fine. The drone is flying good now but there’s a error that says gimbal stuck and the gimbal doesn’t move. Can you please help me with that. Thank you
I got the same problem and i saw in videos that i had to download python then other BS to calibrate the mini 2 gimbal and they did the same thing you did so i didn't fix my drone but i see your video i can do what you did but when it comes with computers no way i get lost.

Don't use super glue, it not last long, replace it

It very easy to fix. Just buy the new gimbal and replace it 😂

The problem im having is finding the right size screwdriver, what is the one you are using please?
so the camer itself and the cable for the camera, if you change those 2 onto the next housing, you dont need to recalibrate?
Change cable not problem, change gimbal will have error 40011, change camera will have 40021.

You just buy only the gimbal but not camera

Use it's camera, just change the gimbal. If you change the camera you will have error 40021 but that error also can be removed.

Eventually I managed to do it using a large screwdriver to loosen the plastic clips from the inside.

Wait until you have the error or sometime it doesn't have error but camera not point straight. Telegram or Whatsapp us

change the 3 in 1 cable also called IMU flex cable
