Use small serving size bowl that will fit in air fryer and bake dressing to get little crust on top. Yummy. Peach Pie looks delish. Frozen peaches are my go to. No juice or additives.

You’ve convinced me to get an air fryer after seeing you cook that Cornish hen in one! Ham or turkey for Christmas I always cook just a turkey breast because it’s only 2 of us. Plenty of food & we have leftovers for turkey sandwiches. I splurge sometimes & get a very expensive Honey Baked Ham. It’s the best! I miss my Grandmother this time of year. She was a great cook! Everything was from scratch. I can hear her saying now “ I have to get up at 5 am to put my bird in the oven”. I love your cooking videos! Love the travel ones too! Hello Tiffany they have 4qt. air fryers that's what I have and that Cornish hen fit good in it with room to spare. Everything looks good. Walmart and Target has the Gourmia 5qt air fryer for $39.99

We just got an air fryer In October. I plan on cooking my one turkey leg or wings , no one eats turkey but me. Found an easy recipe for little old turkey leg . Beautiful meal Tiffiany.

Tiffany, you’re so clever with the use of your kitchen appliances & gadgets. I love how you threw this meal together. I live tiny (well kinda tiny 570 sq ft) and it takes a lot of planning to get things just right in the kitchen and elsewhere in a small space. You need one of those cute retro, magnetic kitchen timers they do come in pink. I used to have one for my old vintage stove when I lived in a larger space. You’ll love it, mine stuck really well to the back metal part of my stove. 💖

Aldi’s has small roast with the veggies already included or you could go lobster tails for Christmas, they cook wonderfully in the air fryer

Happy Thanksgiving! Your dinner looked delicious. 😋 I’ve never used an Air fryer. I’m very tempted to get one now. My suggestion for your Christmas meat. I think a ribeye steak with the bone in.. It’s kind of like having a slice of prime rib. You could always buy one of those large ham steaks with the bone in the center. So those are my two suggestions honey. Unfortunately food is very expensive now so each one of those meats will probably be somewhere around $10. But you deserve to treat yourself on Christmas. 🎄God bless you have a wonderful holiday! I enjoy your traveling videos but I also love your cooking ones as well. You do you I enjoy whatever you show us. Maybe you can make a small roast beef for Christmas like you did in another video. :) I work from 8 am to 12:30 on Thanksgiving. I will DVR the Macy's Parade and watch it when I get home. I am all alone, so don't really feel like cooking anything. :(

Hope you have plans to spend Thanksgiving with family and friends. When I lived 3000 miles away in Pennsylvania the holidays were the hardest time for me. I spnt 4 Thanksgivings and Christmas alone and that was depressing. Like you I enjoy my own company and typically like being solo but the holidays are different and when you are alone seeing other people enjoying time with their families made my aloneness even more acute.
I have been watching your channel since you started. Remember how you could barely work up the nerve to talk on camera and when you took a spill walking on a trail? You have come a long ways Tiffany since those early days and I am so happy to see you have blossomed on camera. You radiate joy and happiness and have a giving heart. I hope this holiday season brings you an abundance of joy and the same for all of my fellow “Where is Tiffany” fans.

The main herbs in poultry seasoning are sage and thyme,I usually make Cornish hens but this year I made chicken shrimp and sausage gumbo.

Definitely do so. I bought one about 5 yrs ago and never used it. I was about to donate to the Salvation Army when I decide to at least try it. I use it almost daily now. Didn't use my oven at all this past summer.
Consider investing in a Ninja Foodie (countertop oven with ~10 different functions). It has air fry, air roast, reg roast, reg bake, reheat, dehydrate, etc. I cooked a 12 lb turkey for Thanksgiving on the Air Roast function. It was done in 80 minutes. Because it has so many functions; I'm planning on putting it in my van when I build it out. To round it out I'll also have an InstantPot and a two burner induction cooktop.

We do the typical southern Thanksgiving with turkey and ham. But Christmas, since my mom passed, my kids and I started our own tradition. Christmas Eve we do a low country boil, Christmas Day we have steak and baked potato.

Hello Tiffany! Thanksgiving is one of my top, favorite childhood memories. I remember being home from school, watching the parades on tv in the warm house and smelling my mom cooking Thanksgiving dinner.

The peach pie turned out looking as if baked in the oven. You are so very creative. Your meal made me hungry. As for Christmas a small roast beef sounds good to me. Or a small boneless ham already sliced of course they will give you sandwiches for a month but they are good. Heat a few slices in the skillet or a bunch in the air fryer. I never bought an air fryer but seeing how well it works for you I am considering getting one. Thanks for another great Video.
