I’m a new subscriber and love the build. I have to say a th400 transmission would make this an 8 second car easily and you can hook a gear vender overdrive to it for high speed roll racing.idk how much hp it takes for a stick shift car to run 8’s. I hope you find out too.
Nice vid enjoyed it as for the gearbox issue I can say with confidence and past experience (drift car) that te third gear has let o from the shaft this is a common problem with the cd009 as Nissan only press this bear on and to solve this we have a company laser weld this gear on to the shaft which makes the issue go away and creates a box that can handle the power. All the other gears are already fixed and is why you don't blow first second etc. Hope this helps?
@@WeCars247 that spring won’t work for your power. You’re making 300whp more than we would take them. It will float, or is floating. I suggest you do the 5066 spring kit and shim them .030 if you stick with that cam. It will valve float if not because you don’t have much lift. Take the shim back out of you go to a bigger cam.

@headgames they are the GSC beehive springs, ti retainers and valves with BC 264 cams. Thanks for watching.👍
