I usually have a hard time trying to keep my thoughts out of my mind while meditating. This time that I was supposed to let them flow, I reached my perfect meditative mind with no thoughts, no past, no future, Just the now. Thank you🙏
Everytime you catch your attention going somewhere else, you observe it and bringing it back to present moment that’s a victory 🙏🏼✨ awareness is consciousness
A year ago I thought there was one type of mindfulness related meditation, definitely not the case. I discovered this type in a wonderful book written by a PhD researcher whose backed up the value with fMRI imaging studies and thousands of study participants.
There is just sound, moment by moment, in the vast field of conscioussnes. Im just observer of all sensations, but im not there Im not here nor there but im somevere - thats for shure !
It can be surprising when we actually take the time to observe our thoughts. I hope you enjoy and learn from practicing this new perspective!

You cannot have no thoughts and no meditation teaches you to stop them because its impossible. Its always about noticimg and refocussing
