    Bohat hi ache, aapka andaz banane ka aur batane ka tu lajavab hai. Meine aapke bataye hue tareeke se paye banaye aur mera dewar jo Lahore se bahir ke Mulk aaya hai kehta hai: Baji cha gaye o😅.
    Jo nihari bakre ke yah gaye ke gosht ki banti hai uska tareeka upload karre.

      for beef nihari you can also refer to my desi chicken niahri recipe. Agar desi chicken niahri wali recipe follow kerain then Increase all aromatic spices by 50%. Use pipli powder instead of kebab cheeni and bari elachi instead of green elachi, rest will remain the same. Use one big chunk of beef (leg meat with fat) rather than cutting it up in boti. Thats how to make javed ki nihari in beef. Also for each kg of meat add one kg of beef bones (nalli). Seal the nalli openings with alumunium foil to keep the marrow inside it.

      NON GMO seed ka oil hona chahiye. canola ab pakistan mein mostly GMO hai tow canola aviod kerain. refined oils mein filhaal sunflower istemaal kerain. shayad sufi sunflower oil milta hai pure. Werna best tow hai ap mustard oil use kerain.

      yes you can. will share the recipe. yeh recipe follow kerain buhat had tak similar flavor aur texture apko milay ga. 100% copy bhi banana sikhaye gay. asal farq laal mirch aur attay ki timing ka hai. javed nihari 2 terhaan ban sakti hai, ya tow shro mein he ata aur laal mirch saath shamil ker dain aur phir jis terhaan is video mein kiya gaya hai usko follow kerain.     Thanks for sharing this recipe. I asked for it. I have also tried your desi murgh Nahari but with beef according your changes for beef but I have used three tbs Meda and one tbs corn floor instead of Aata and found original texture it much better more than 200 recipes posted on youtube keep it Bro and upload more authenitic oriental recipes again thanks. Your food explanation is also informative.

      Wasalam Osama Hanif. Yes please do try. No need to change anything for beef. follow same recipe. the basic garam masala is made with zeera, long, both elachis, kali mirch. advance one we also add jaifal, javertri, badyan. mostly use advance one for biryani, pulao, etc.

    Sir do din bad ghar e dawat hai,, taking a risk by trying your nehari recipe using beef,, that was surprising to know k tali hui piyaz nahi dalni. Plz help n reply if you can.. One of your viewers said he used maida n corn flour for thickening nehari n it worked,, would you suggest that? Also,, some people suggest to first dry roast the flour.... What do u say?

      Nihari ke liye wese tow behtar beef istemaal kerna hee hota hai. wese sasta bhi hota hai. veal se qorma aur quick cook time wali recipes zaida achi banti hai. hum bhi zaida veal he istemaal kertay hain lekin nihari beef ki banatay hain. javed ki nihair insha ALLAH soon
