Mix of 70% Short rib meat and 30% thigh meat recommended for mutton or beef. Remove scales if using fish 8. Use garam masala including jaifal and jawitri 9. Use fresh green masala like green chillies, coriander and mint in sindhi and hydrabadi biryani 10. Add kewra water after cooking the qorma 11. Use ample water to boil rice 12. Use ample salt 13. Use garam masala in rice water 14. Pour qorma oil on top most layer of rice to avoid drying up 15. Wait for steam to get absorbed after dum to retain aroma You're welcome.

Can you please tell me what should be the quantity for nutmeg amd mace for 5 kg meat. If i give one table spoon each, will that be fine? or i need to add more to enhance the flavour? first let the water boil then add soaked rice to boiling water and cook on highest flame
