If you watch hs then will def find this guy enjoyable to watch, alot of different deck types and rng fiestas, memes decks with rng are always fun to watch. Note: roffle is a veteran hs player so he knows how much resources he needs to keep/use since he knows what his opponent is playing after starting turns in the game.
I played a deck a bit like this, when the quest was in standard. However, it was a bit more oriented into soul fragment shuffling. After having the quest and polkelt, I'd go polkelt tap my costiest cards, in order, dreadlord/willow, Rafaam/soulciologist, Kel'idan/broodmother, then play Rafaam while having all the low impact cards/soul fragments at the bottom for a better value
Decks whose solution to aggro is to hope they don't meet it may run it, because in the matchups they can actually win it has the ability to eliminate entire waves of minions.

You can also play Rafaam as your only minion and use The Dark Portal to play him turn 5-ish Ive been playing the mirror with my mates with hard mulligan for portal and its hillariously fun Yall should definatly try it!!

It depends on what you want to play. There are aggro decks that are pretty good that can be made on the cheap but slow control style decks tend to be expensive. Generally if you don't spend any money, it will take a while before you build up a collection.
