I do appreciate that you always explain the goal of the deck beforehand so I'm not trying to work out what the win condition is during the video. This is literally the reason I started watching your videos xD The only suggestion I'd make would be to somewhere have either a W/L counter or in the preample say whether the deck is for fun or is trying to be competitive. I sometimes see your decks and think they'd be good and that I want to try them out, and then you mention in a throwaway comment that you've been playing the deck for hours trying to get a win for TH-cam and I'm "...maybe I won't play this then".
@@althamus8559 win rate over just a few hours can be extremely deceptive tho. at that small of a sample size its very easy to get lucky or unlucky streaks, inflating the statistics one way or another

this deck is honestly so sweet, i love me some yellow cards and hero power synergy in mage. the tradeable aspect of drakefire also makes the deck more consistent and just really fun overall

hate how many pirate warriors forget they can just PLAY the brigand in the later game when mana isnt a concern. at 4:00 he floated 2 mana while pulling the brigand from another pirate. he could have been one step further.
@@nick1834 Not really but there’s also no reason to do it in the first place. Like with the donkey it makes sense, "why does the opponent suddenly have two cards from drawing one card?" It can only be because they drew a donkey, that’s why it’s revealed, because that information shouldn’t be an advantage for players who know this one card. But this is a mechanic, it could be multiple cards and your opponent couldn’t otherwise know what card it is. When you plottwist, the cards are also not revealed.
@@Icetea-2000 i agree and wish it didn’t reveal but i only have these 2 things to say, if it were an IRL card game instead of hearthstone it would definitely have to be revealed because otherwise people would just cheat and pretend all their cards had tradeable, and secondly by revealing it you at least get the funny moments where someone keeps drawing their tradeable card over and over lol
@@nick1834 Yeah but 1) matter of fact is that Hearthstone is an online card game, otherwise 90% of interactions wouldn’t realistically work anyway, and 2) you can still laugh at the guy trading over and over, the card is just not revealed I mostly am annoyed because the opponent in this video gets the funny meme deck, that trades the 10 mana card for spiteful summoner, spoiled lol
Idk this, but on 5:00 , is it possible to get that 2 mana 3/2 pandaren that bounces a minion back to your hand? Because it would have been great if he could play spiteful again
I'm not 100% on this, but I think the main reason Zeph never offers Shadowstep or Youthful Brewmaster is perhaps to avoid what could otherwise be very easy infinite combos. Plus, I think the only thing he really checks for is anything immediately impacting. A battlecry effect that already came and passed is no longer relevant, in his eyes anyways lol

It’s better when playing from behind. Highlander specific cards do that already. Reno hero card is a lot like old Yogg. Control game till you almost lose, pray to RNGesus, sometimes win the game.
@@popeneiad7968 I'm currently playing Pirate Warrior to climb, Mecha'thunLock and a homebrew Shuffle Rogue to have fun. I primarily face Kazakuzan Druids and Pirate warriors, with a mix of Evenlock and Quest Rogue, as well as the occasional Frog Shaman.

Yep, but there's a difference between "This deck is fun and will get like a 45-50% win rate" and "This deck is fun and will get like a 2% win rate".
