Nice video. We will be on this ship in October. Interesting that some of the balcony rooms have the bed next to the bathroom with the couch by the balcony and in others the bed is by the balcony and the couch by the bathroom. Is there any way to determine which rooms have which configurations? Hoping our bed is by the balcony as was on our recent Adventure of the Seas cruise. Thanks.
I've been watching a lot of "what to pack on a cruise" vids in preparation for our first ever cruise in August. Why do they all recommend packing lights when there's bedside lamps?? Can we not switch on lights at night or something?
Thanks for confirming. I was getting so confused because it's one of the most frequent recommendation! They all say how it gets really dark (especially on inside cabins) so to pack night lights. But every tour video I've seen has got lamps so I was baffled by the recommendation!
@@inigomontoya7115 how odd. I know some elderly people like to have a torch by their bed, my Grandparents always have done - but I’m not quite at that stage yet :)

Thank you. Very informative. We will be on Anthem in 30 days on a deck 10 balcony cabin! Can't wait!
Thanks Christine! You’re so lucky, we’ve had holiday blues ever since we came home! Hope you have a fabulous time :)
Looks a lot bigger than what we had on Iona! Great cabin tour

Hi, what is the room category of the balcony stateroom?
Did you happen to pull out the sofa bed? Was it a trundle sofa bed or pull out?
Hello Meranda. It is a sofa bed that unfolds, and you lay feet/head towards the balcony door. Hope this helps :)

I’ve honestly never heard of that recommendation. The lamps usually work perfectly on all the ships I’ve been on.
