One of the MOST valuable, well thought out, and relevant cruise cabin videos I've ever seen. No bullshit graphics, and loud hiphop music beats. Nobody pretending to be a Hollywood filmmaker armed with a smartphone. You touched on the IMPORTANT things....in DETAIL. I've been fortunate all my life - only stayed in large suites on ships but, I retired early in my 40s and now....well, my kids colleges are coming up so I think a regular room is more prudent. As a viewer - I got an EXCELLENT idea about the sleeping area, balcony, bathroom, and storage. Appreciate you doing this...... and, your young man's eye contact, posture, ability to speak--- I would gladly invest $100k for 10% of his future earnings --- he will be successful for sure. Again, thanks!
Thank you very much. Your comment and feedback is amazing as put a skile on the whole family. Glad you found the review helpful and wishing you an awesome vacation - Bon Voyage
WOW! @simmons simmons, your comment is one of THE BEST COMMENT we have received on our channel to date. A SINCERE THANK YOU 🙏 for watching and commenting.
I really enjoy your cruise videos! It's nice to see the ship and cruise experience from a family's perspective. My wife and I are taking our two children on the Anthem of the Seas next month, and all your videos have helped a lot with our planning an expectations. Thank you!
Thank you for your feedback and we are happy our videos were helpful to you and your family. You have certainly picked a great ship to cruise on (we miss Anthem of the Seas). Bon Voyage!
Hilarious. Kids running in the halls…..Number 1 complaint of Kens and Karens everywhere! I’m in 13184 next year. I wonder if we’ll have that awning over us?
For kids, the sofa bed works but for adults, it can be slightly uncomfortable. Or maybe we should say not as comfortable as the beds in the room. Hope this helps
I'll be on the Anthem next month. I'm curious about the sofa. is there a mattress that you pull out like a sofa bed or does it slide flat like a futon?? is it comfortable?
@Sana, Hi, the Sofa pulls out as a sofa-bed but we attempted to open and close it ourselves and we were unsuccessful both times. Each morning the stateroom attendant turned it into a sofa and at night made our bed (I am sure there maybe a pin we forgot to unlock). As for comfort, it is not as comfortable as the bed but great for kids. Wishing you an awesome cruise, Bon Voyage 🛳️
@@KhizEesa I volunteered to sleep on the sofa bed :( maybe i should ask for an extra blanket for more cushion? and I wanted to be able to open and close myself because I'd like to leave it as a couch until late at night. There doesn't seem to be a lot of room if we wanted to order late night room service and eat on the couch and small desk area with the bed in the way.
The room attendant will certainly give you an extra blanket just in case you don’t find the sifa bed comfortable. We also noticed there was extra bedding under the main bed and we ended up using it as well. As for late night, yes we had a few nights where we brought food to the room for he kids and they ate at the little dresser which was fine but with the bed made, you may be forced to stand or sit in bed to eat. This is why it’s best to do a midnight Pajama party at Sorento’s (pizza) on deck 4 :)
Hi Patricia, This was a first for us as well. We have never had a kettle in any cruise cabins on any cruise line so definitely a surprise. And it came in handy because one day we picked up hot chocolate packets from the esplanade (5th floor) and brought them back for late night treat.
@@KhizEesa hi again, thank you for your really quick reply 😊 I hope they haven’t changed their minds because I think it will be lovely to sit on the balcony in a morning with a cuppa, instead of rushing for breakfast and that cup of tea or coffee ☕️

Your family has one of the best travel channels I've ever watched!! That Stateroom looked extremely functional and very modern. Fabulous!

Hi, so is there really a kettle etc left in your room please?? I thought it wasn’t allowed? 😊😊

Thank you for your tour. We have also found kettles in Cunard staterooms 😊
lol got the same roomwhen i went on it in 2020
Hope you enjoyed it as much as we did. Thanks for your comment
I like the thoroughness and detailed review. Good job! How about the water pressure in shower?
Thank you for that feedback. The shower was avg. and quite comparable to most other modern cruise ships we have been on.
What cabin number was this?
It was room 13676 (on deck 13). Hope this helps
