So, small rules clarification on Carnage’s “Paint the town red” timing. The timing of when you spend power for this super power occurs once a character is dazed or ko’d, which occurs before you gain power from the attack, as that usually occurs after the attack is resolved. Meaning that Carnage can’t use the power he gained from his builder to use “paint the town red”
