You should watch the documentary “The Diabetes Solution” regarding type 1 diabetes and the show “Reversed” for type 2 (which honestly shouldn’t be called diabetes at all, it should be called Carbohydrate Toxicity Syndrome). And looking into Dr Bernstein would be a good idea as well… lots more to this topic than what was shown here! Always keep learning 🙂

Nice video, I love my Libre 14days and Blucon cgm together, both helps me to manage the blood glucose. My Blucon gives me alarms on my and my partner’s phone when I’m high or low so that’s nice.

I started using the FreeStyle Libre sensor and Nightrider for last two weeks, It not only tracks my sugar levels but also give me alarms when I’m low or high. Amazing!

I'm a type 1 diabetic of any type ones since I was 10 years old and it amazes me the technology that we've came out with to help with diabetes I have now a dexcom and I'm trying to get another machine called tandem and it's going to function like a pancreas but on the outside of my body and it's so exciting because I used to take insulin shots and had to prick my finger when I was little and now I don't have to do that at all
