  • Keep your knees bent and pretty still. You do not want to torque your knees. Practice both positions - over the shoulders (below C7) and at waist level. This exercise engages your spine, shoulders, neck and eyes. And yes, I do play this with a broom and a rake and even my snow shovel, depending on the season!
