I did this one but walked/jogged twice as fast and did 6 minutes so I got in 1500 steps for a 1 mile walk in such a short time. Great workout! Thanks Schellea!

I am making 10000 steps every day, ok almost every day :) dog helps me in that :) in addition I got an iWalk at home.. so all together helps a lot in getting toned and also with my back issues

Just finished !! It was a great work. I did have to change up the stretches to the seated one due to my bad knees. I'm thankful that I could modify my workout.

Just discovered this gem today! Decided to do this after sitting at my work desk for 2 hours. My body is no longer stiff. Clocked almost 800 steps!
