I was married june 2019 i have conditional greencard that alreadt expired last january 2022 i have the extension now good for 24 months, I already filed the form I-751 removal of condition before my conditional green card expired. Im waiting now for my 10 years permanent greencard for almost 18 months now my problem is my spouse wants to divorce me. Can I still get my 1O yrs greencard?
I file taxes separate of my husband is that something that could affect my remove of condition case ?
