About Qatar Airways, all in the aviation industry now that the Skytrax award is some you buy, it’s have no real value for people who now aviation industry. Qatar Airways do have a fine reputation and a decent aviation product, personally I find it funny that the ban Josh, any airliners should take note of this trip report also from Noel Phillips as the report the real reports, not like Sam who are paid. Any airlines who not take any input from travelers should look in a mirror and see if I am the right person to give customer service, like LH and TK who have a decent product but customer service are trash 🗑️. We all now that mistake and error can happen, but who pay your salary. I have worked for a airline 40+ years and private travel a lot on full fare tickets and can see it from both sides, but ban a person for report the truth are not good PR for an airline, hope Josh will continue to tell his experience 🙏

The lounge rule in LUX says you can stay in the lounge for a maximum of 4 hours, how is that possible if you are only allowed in 1 hour before departure? I can understand that it was absolute nonsense that he didn't go back later. I live near the airport. If an airline doesn't learn from such incidents and instead bans people, it would be better to close down.

He bought two separate tickets, one in buiseness from Berlin to Luxembourg and one from Luxembourg to Paris in Economy with a departure about 7 hours later. He bought the Lounge Access linked to his Paris flight. Now, who on earth would expect him to show up 7 hours before the flight ? Watch his video like an intelligent person and you will easly notice that he was completely biased already before to so called "Lounge Incident". He wanted to make trouble on purpose, period. Besides that, not the lady at the counter was agressive but HE was by always interrupting her. Altough the lady clearly stated that she would not like to be filmed, on the thumbnail of the video, only her eyes are made invisible but she is clearly recognizable. If I were her I would sue him. At the end of the video he disrecomments booking Luxair just because (in his opinion) for misbehaviour of one single staff member, another proof how biaised and unprofessional he is. By the way, for the sake of calmness Luxair later appologized and reimbursed him with the amount he payed for the Lounge. So far he only communicated this on his Instagram account only, not on youTube and also not on his Facebook page. Albeit his +700000 followers it is a guy to forget. A bad Showman, nothing else.

I like josh. My point to him is be more compassionate. I was flying delta a week ago with a medical device the gate agent was misinformed. She refused to let me go with carry on and medical device. I talke to her politely she allowed it she was wrong. Called delta later not to complain about her just to ask to reiterate training. People usually come to work to help others in luxairs case he might have been right but he was a bit aggressive. It did not help his case.
Return from Maldives through Doha with Qatar airways. They are way down. The cabin crew were unhappy the outdated boeing 777 and bad service. Sorry but that's the true
Well, here in the USA I can name TWO female voices that are much worse: MTG and Lauren Boebert. In addition, they are just two of the most ignorant people that we have in Congress.
