I super appreciate you sharing a more personal update. I’ve been on the struggle bus as well and also juggle work, life, two boys (of my five kiddos) on the spectrum….so much like you, this community I’ve created on TH-cam has also been such a wonderful outlet for me as well. Hope you have a wonderful vacation and thanks for the reminder of the 18 summers. It goes by so fast!

Sending you a lot of hugs Cici. It’s not easy sharing your mental health struggles but when you do you feel a little better and it actually makes me feel less alone. I hope you are doing well. And I hope you had a wonderful vacation. ❤

Sending you support 🫶🏼 thanks for being so open and sharing a real part of your life that doesn’t always make it into your channel. I appreciate you taking the time to film content while handling all of the other areas and responsibilities in your life. ❤

Thank you for being honest and vulnerable. I felt like you were telling my story. I come from an abusive home, childhood trauma, I’ve been on anti depressants and anti anxiety meds. I now try to manage it myself but there are two weeks a month I really struggle, the week before my period and the week of my period. It’s almost like I’m a completely different person.

Same, Melissa! I find certain times of my cycle I can’t even stand myself. 😅 it’s funny until it’s not, right? I felt alone in those struggles as well, but I guess we all seem to have similar struggles.

@ yes we do. I try to remind myself of what week it is and that if I wasn’t that week I would feel differently. Some times it helps, some times it doesn’t

I've had a year of Plantar Fasciitis and it was so bad I couldn't walk so I finally went to the doctor. Because I waited so long they had to treat it as a broken foot and I was in a hard cast, boot, crutches, scooter for 4 months, UGH! It's been a very long haul recovering but get yourself to the Dr who can give you an exercise program to build strength so you don't become worse/can start improving the condition.

I am so sorry you went through that, but I'm glad you are getting better! 🫶 thank you so much for the advice, I really appreciate it! I’ll definitely look for a doctor ♥️
