For bechamel sauce you can also boil the milk with some cloves ,bay leaf ,and a onion ..then add into the rough.

bhaisab you have to warm up the mild before putting in bechamel sauce.,if your hollandaise sauce splits or become thick add hot water ,and you use vinagar not lemon juice.

Add some spoon of lemon juice
Add 1 teaspoon of clarified butter
Add seasoning of salt and pepper
Derivatives BMM beirness sauce maultise sauce
Mausline sauce
Egg Benedict is popular dish where hollandaise sauce is used
