Too all souces you have too put salt but bee carefull cuz the stock is alredy salted
its always better to use unsalted butter. If it works out, good! if it doesnt, just add more salt

Plain white flour is what you use. Not self-raising white flour. Not wholemeal flour. Not cornflour.
