Really like the style you've adopted w/ your content - it feels very distinct from other youtubers and to me feels more inspired by Bourdain and the food network which I grew up watching. The dialogue, the introduction, the editing and filming is really solid, I really feel like I'm watching something on TV and not just a quick social media video. Your content has just been getting better and better. I started watching your videos from a few banh mi reviews in Little Saigon and am now subscribed. Will be keeping up with your content. Keep up the great work!
You did really well and don’t worry you didn’t say anything wrong. Those sandwiches all looked amazing 😍 I’m in Australia so all I could do is drool at the food lol
Thank you! Also I thought I saw some Pastrami Sandwich shops in Sydney or Melbourne before? Which area in Australia are you from? Hopefully you'll get to try one soon 😊
You did great with the Katz breakdown, I also prefer the pastrami on rye. I think the matzoh ball seems meaty because it almost has the consistency of a meatball and a lot of chicken flavor. Pro tip: the chocolate babka is better when toasted with a pat of butter. ❤
Great Content, I've subscribed, very easy watching and you're fun to hang out with. My Italian family is from Brooklyn and to live in NYC you have to not be too quick to judge people , so you said nothing wrong at the Deli 🙂 VERY expensive though, you can get a Pastrami on Rye for about $10-12 bucks at a Mom and Pop Deli in any neighborhood all the way out on Long Island where I live. Manhattan does have a certain magic to it though, so everyone needs to try Ray's Pizza , Chinatown Street Food, a Cuban from a local Bordello and a hundred other " special trats " from NYC !
Thank you for your support! I do agree that is an overpriced Pastrami sandwich... and the fact that their price has been going up pretty consistently over the years kinda surprises me. They got thousands of patrons lining up everyday so I don't really understand what drives the prices up. Really good sandwich if you ask me, but I would value it around $12, and maybe $18-20 for "brand name" 😅😁
In this part of the video my daughter went to Katz deli and she orders a corned beef sandwich on rye sauerkraut and mustard and it was 25.00 and she said it was good but not worth the price and I won't pay that much for 1 sandwich to much money although I have seen the place its in lower Manhattan by the Brooklyn Bridge and Jewish places can get very expensive good but not worth the time or the price rather go to the supermarket and buy it myself takes about 4 hours to boil it and make it with potatoes, carrots, onion, cabbage, and Dijon mustard great meal.and I like pastrami, and fresh brisket good on a sandwich or a plate with the other stuff 👍 meal and good value
I couldn't agree more! Nothing beats a home cooked meal. Katz's sandwiches are really good, but no doubt, over priced in my humble opinion. Cheers to the home chef!
Headed to Manhattan this weekend (6 nights). Staying in Times Square (no hate please, close to where I'm going. At Javits for the Fancy Food Show. Would love some ideas for a non touristy, within a mile or two of some restaurants that are fairly reasonably priced. Also need one for 12. Thinking of heading to Hell's Kitchen. Thanks! Love these videos!
There are many things to do around Times Square! From Joe's Pizza, Junior's to restaurants in Chinatown. You should also stop by Little Italy to check out the vibrant food scene there: Rubirosa, Prince St. Pizza, Umberto Clam House... I would recommend stopping by the Jewish Delis too... Not necessarily the ones in the video, but say Frankel's, Barney Greengrass, and 2nd St. Deli. Enjoy your stay!
In this part of the video I remember years ago when I got sick my mother would make me a a strong 🐔 soup with vegetables ginger, and garlic, good soup, very hardy and would clear out the impurities and garlic and ginger are very good for the body and no lemon grass.waste of money

Thank you for your feedback and support! I am learning so this is super helpful 🤗
Wow! Now you’ve tempted me to go to Katz! Your videos are simply amazing
You should try going before 11pm or after 3pm to avoid the lunch rush hour. Enjoy!
Can you try $100 limit challenge to see how many different foods you can try in NYC? The sandwich looks amazing!
That sounds interesting! That'll be my new video idea. Thank you so much for the suggestion!

That babka tip is golden! I wish I knew that earlier
I miss NYC and ALL the neighborhood places to eat.....
Definitely a great city for food! Hopefully you'll get to come back sometime for some delicious eats there
You did great!!
