Kenyan luxury real estate has finally received clearance for take off. I'm consistently blown away at the lengths local developers and architects are willing to push the envelope to achieve absolute perfection. This is a good sign that despite the massive costs incurred due to sparing no expense over the duration of the project, they have confidence that the home will sell to a client whose tastes and budget align with the product. This is a monumental step in the right direction and I can't wait to see what the local luxury real estate has in store for us in the future.

Absolutely blown away by this house! So stylish and it has everything! Plenty greenery, a freaking bridge with fire place, indoor/outdoor pool! Bulletproof doors,heated floors and a walk around balcony!! Cmon man, A tinted window switch by the bathtub! I can keep going but I’ll stop! Whenever I move to Kenya it’s mandatory I look for Mansa and the team! I know y’all gone get me right! 💯

I totally understand Change is hard for many developers in our country. However, it's about time we embrace this architecture as the way forward to effect energy efficiency in the built environment.

There's NOTHING to take from this masterpiece. After a million episodes comparing the Kenyan real estate scene to what South Africa offers and by extension the properties Enes tours in that price point, this house DELIVERS!!! The indoor swimming pool sold me. However, I'd also have an outdoor infinity pool running across that raised edge, because what's better than 1 swimming pool?

Mak, I think this is the best house I've seen in the Kenyan setting. I love the pool set up, the lighting especially when it's night, and the creativity in this house. Also, Kitisuru is nailing it mahn! I also love today's intro. The reflection of Willis in the huge glass doors and windows makes me want to see him. 😂

However, to create an impact on your international audience, you may consider removing fillers, tautologies and unnecessary wordage! You may also consider avoiding incorrect use of English language. For instance, instead of saying a "kasmall" room, say simply a small room. Try also to use the word massive correctly. Massive means solid and of great mass. For a room, you may consider saying a spacious room instead of massive room. A more professional approach will give you an edge.
