I agree trident tackle components are the best out there. They are my go too even for loop rigs.

My go to pulley is Aero for rough ground and Dynaform for clean ground. You can even use the Termalink as a pulley with light lines. Tridend's stuff is top in quality and functionality. I also aknowledge Gemini's pulley bead as a brilliant design even though I have never used it.

I’ve had a few of the tronixpro beads snap in half? It’s just a bead moulded over a swivel? …. Good video 👍

The aero pulley once unclipped acts as a paternoster ,Trident tackle are of excellent quality and design

Another great video, Jansen. Thank you. Personally, I really like the Trident Dynaform pulley as it is very well designed and excellent quality but good to see the alternatives that are available. Cheers.

I moved over to using pretty much Trident tackle for almost everything , the only piece of their gear I swap out sometime is the roto bait clip when using a dongle rig because if Im using a loop of braid it doent release or the dongle clips I have dont fit , other wise Tridents stuff is amazing quality

Like these type of videos, helps keep up with what’s on the market. The Gemini pulley bead is my go too now, very small for distance work and never need to go over 80lb rig body. I’ve used the breakaway proper pulleys a lot too but the wire clip leaves you at risk if there are line snags about. Never had either fail on a cast.

As Pulley beads etc go I think the best one is the one you didn't review and that's the Trident Dynaform Pulley

There are several different types out there, I picked four of our biggest sellers. There’s probably scope for looking at the others at some point in the future. Tight lines!

Ive used the gemini pulley for a good while now, works the way i want, but i might give the trident pulley a go though, due to the tension it applies. Should help a bit with the hooking up and hopefully that bit of tension will help stop any slack line and the chance of a fish dropping off the hook on the way in.

Gemini premium pulley all the way especially on so many variants of running rigs. The trident restricts its self to much..

The breakaway pulley with the ss clip part is a recipe for disaster with line snags in the water!

I’d agree on that, it has the potential to grab line snags on the way back in.
