Yes I have. GNS3 with the right device images would give you more freedom to build you’re own topologies. I’d highly recommend it or Eve-ng if you’re looking to advance studies past boson’s limitations.

Instead of print screen and paste into paint, just use the msft snipping tool and pin it to your task bar.
When you make a snip, it automatically loads that into the snipping tool window. You can either leave it there, or another useful feature is copying and pasting the “snip” you captured into an email or onenote or somewhere else if you don’t have any other need for actually saving the image

It is more along the lines of Packet tracer. It’s simulated IOS so technically not full IOS. It’s pretty cool for quick prebuilt labs.

I really love GNS3 but if you don’t have the time to get it to work and just want a quick lab, this is the best. I to have setup gns3 so many times just for something to go wrong and I have to start over. Thanks for watching!
